I have had wonderful experiences with the products and I did have to return the supplement with iodine in it, because of a terrible reaction I had, they refunded my money. I no longer can watch the show, used to love Jones, something has changed. So far, I love vit. Fusion, Bio-Pca, Bodease, and the probiotic. I have had great results with them. I am praying for Alex. He has sold out recently and people are starting to notice. The staff around him will suffer his decision. They are good people.

I've been ordering, receiving and using the products for several years and their shipments have always arrived immediately and in perfect shape and I love them and have benefited by them a LOT! When I didn't like one or two of the items because my body reacted badly to them because of ingredients I always react to and did not realize were in them, they always refunded my money back on my credit card immediately. I even had my lead levels tested, because they place a California Prop 65 sticker on them alerting people to possible lead contamination, and my test results came up less than 1%, perhaps due to taking their MycoZX and other products, more likely because their products are actually as free as possible of lead. I recommend them highly to everybody. AND I love broadcasts, as I am also a history and international relations college grad with honors and appreciate greatly Alex' command of those subjects! No two people can ever agree about everything, but I really, really appreciate all the information received from the site and show!

It's beyond me why anyone even still buys into the outrageous propaganda, hate, and outright lies this website is known for passing around. But I guess one can apply the old saying "birds of a feather flock together" when it comes to the like of Alex Jones and others who call themselves "journalist" on this site, considering the amount of racist and other derogatory commentaries that comes from the staff of Infowars and commenters who visit this site.

I officially hate this place. I used to purchase my colloidal silver from Global Healing and since a lot of infowars products are just repackaged from Dr Group's place, I would just purchase over there (better deals and way better service). Unfortunately, Dr. Group stopped producing his colloidal silver so I thought I'd try this place. Bad Idea. They sent the glass bottles in a USPS padded flat rate envelope and of course, they arrived broken and empty. Good luck to you if you ever need to reach a human being at their "Customer Service" department. I called, emailed, used their "contact us" form on their website and got absolutely no response. It's been 2 weeks. Nothing. They stole my money and now I have to contact my credit card company to see if they can help me. If not, I gave them money and got nothing in return. Alex Jones sucks. Never again.

As an avid infowars listener, I ordered supplements for the first time a year ago. Like in your case all went well and I was very happy in particular with the quality of the products.

However this time, I ordered on December 12 -17 and I'm yet to receive the products. I wrote 3 emails, but never got an answer. I rang their customer service number, just to be told by an answering machine to contact them by email.

Long story short, I filed a chargeback yesterday, so hopefully I'l get my money back. While I support Infowars, they have no idea how to run a proper business. Just really leaves a foul taste in my mouth and I certainly look at Infowars a bit differently now.

Worst Customer Service Ever. I Order Male Vitality And Alpha Male From Infowars... I Never Received A Confirmation And My Money Was Taken Out My Credit Card. I And My Wife Sent 5 Emails And Called Many Times... We Only Got Through 3 Times With People Saying They Can't Do Nothing Because There Department Does Not Deal With Order Status... The Times We Got Through We Were Transferred. To The Order Status Department, But To No Avail. No One Ever Pick Up The Phone And The Automated Service Tell To Leave A Message But No One Ever Return The Call. I Contacted My Credit Card Company And Recived My Money Back... And They Are Also Investigating.

I have bought ALOT of products from Infowarsstore.com and for the most part they are spot on. Great deals at times and they come packaged well with stickers and patriot literature enclosed. Kudos on all that but the customer service or lack thereof ruins the whole process. As I'm writing this I've been on hold for the store line for 20 minutes just for them to pick up and hang up. Now thats the store order line because it is the only real phone line that exists, the customer service line(to check on a order that has already been placed) is a direct voicemail pickup and they will NEVER return your call. I promise you if you have a question or anything on an order they will NOT call you back. If you talk to a person on the store order line they will tell you that they can do nothing for you and will pass the message along for some one to call you from customer service, haha you will still NEVER get called back. My particular issue they sent me the wrong shirt and 3 sizes too big, it happens, I get it. But 1 month later and nothing is resolved. Your thinking just email... yup thats a dog and pony show too. Every time they do email me back its an apology asking for the correct shirt number and order number and I send it. Thats the end of that. One time I emailed direct off their contact us page with the order number and product number and their response was, an apology asking for the order number and shirt number. This is terrible. I am no libtard leaving bogus reviews, just a patriot and small business owner who appreciates good service or I spend my money elsewhere. Good stuff but garbage service, buyer beware before you spend money on shirts(the only thing I've personally had an issue on).

I placed order on October 6th, It is November 9th today I still did not get my order yet, I sent email couple of times, sounds like he does not want to deal with my issue. I tried to cancel my order, he refused to cancel it, he does not want to refund my money back. Terrible service. What can I do? There is many web sites selling even better organic products for even better price too. Better to check all the comments below, before you put your order here with them. Be careful.

I only give it 2 stars instead of 1 because some of the articles are interesting and well written and they dare to ask questions and discuss topics no one else will touch but stay away from the comment section. The comments are censored, not for profanity or insults but for criticism of the site or not following the narrative they are selling. At the end of the night the majority of comments are deleted and only the desired troll biased commentary is left. Not a place to go for intelligent discussion. The articles and paid trolls are the height of partisan and biased. All of the articles concerning politicians show they despise democrats and the trolls in the comments make sure to back up that narrative. They blame the globalists for practicing divide and conquer strategy but they are a prime example of doing just that. Do some research on what previous employees have to say before you give the site total credence. Think of the site as a tabloid with sprinklings of truth substance throughout, not something to rely on and not something to aspire to.

First time ordering from Infowars and so far so good. Got my product fast and seems to really help help during the day. I'm only taking half the dosage to start. I have been listening to Alex for a couple of years but never ordered anything. I have been reading though some reviews and I was compelled to leave one pf my experience. It is very hard for me to believe that so many people NEVER received products. Why would he self sabotage his business? I cant believe that liberals are so petty as to come on here amd try to bulls. T people. So sickening and so obvious. Please get lives and try thinking for yourselves.
