Although the service wasn't bad, I decided to cancel my server due to rude support. Additionally, some of their IPs have whois problems, with different locations for a single IP.
I have been with Inet for over 2 years. The thing that makes me stay here over every other hosting provider I've tried is the customer service. No matter the issue I have it always gets resolved quickly. The agents are always very helpful and knowledgeable of my issues and today was no different.
They are supportive and dependable.Prompt response to my complicated request which they sorted out with no time. Very reliable.
First time using a hosting site of Inet and I dare say they have a great support. Most of my questions were answered with added info and chat option works the best. Their service is truly above and beyond my expectations. Using them I have faced no problems and their VPS plans are full-featured and useful for running websites smoothly and reliably.
