I sent an inquiry on Indiamart for Men Jeans. Indiamart sent some suppliers who were supposed to be Manufactures. A company by the name of Corus Bags got back to me with samples and pictures of production areas as if they were manufacturing men jeans. I sent them $6696 USD for 1200 men Jeans as of September 2021. I never received the supplies. One day they finally told me that they had some jeans ready for shipment. They had some old jeans with other companies name on them with my Logo on them too. The whole thing looked so disgusting. They told me that they are going to refund me my money since January. As of today, nothing. I tried to talk to IndiaMart about it but they kept referring me back to Corus Bags. Indiamart maybe a place where foreign merchants should stay away from. They never got involved.

I approached a pharmacy to buy medicine for my ailing dad through india mart (Ramdev pharmaceuticals). Everything looked legit, including GST number and invoice and even pictures of medicine. But they stopped responding and I never got the medicine. They stole INR 66,885!
And even though I informed India Mart, they never took action and the supplier is still there cheating people through their predicaments (my dad was in hospital that time and urgently needed the medicine).

India Mart use my phone no and email id in some one profile, whome I don't know after knowing I make comoalint on India Mart to remove my phone no and email id but no resulation is provided to me India Mart exicutive says our complaint is no priority basis.si don't buy any product from India Mart beacuse they don't varify the detail and also does not take consent from making profile they stole information from various sources. Making fake profile is practise of India Mart to increase buying and selling profile no on his site which result in hardsome the person they use detail of person without varify the that the detail belongs to that person whoes profile they make

Here, many sellers advertise the price of goods they don't have at a fraction of the Original manufacturer's selling price. They accept only "one-way" payment of certain types. (once the money is sent by the seller, it's all gone! Not traceable, non-refundable for any reason). These suggested payment systems are good only to send money to your mother or children studying abroad (the people you know) and not for any online business transactions at all. They don't accept traditional payment systems! The site is an exact replica of a famous Chinese one. They use the same text, phrases, and refrains; even the same fonts and same sellers; the majority of them fictitious with the sole purpose of cheating people out of money. A gimick designed by scammers, for the scammers to steal money from the unsuspecting buyers looking for a fantastic deal. If it looks like a duck and walks like a duck, it is a duck! It's an elaborate scam, avoid it at all cost! Protect the money in your purse!

With half of the country. I am receiving spam calls trying to sell me products that I haven't requested neither interested. Live and learn. Never again!

I have twice tried to buy medicines through Indiamart. Both times I fell into scammers who tried and got significant amounts without sending the order. What is striking is that the swindlers have partners in countries other than India. It is obvious that Indiamart does not offer any security and reliability to potential buyers. Through it, fraudsters extort money from customers and discredit India as a country. I think the days of Indiamart are numbered and India's internet commerce has no future.

I live in the US and assumed shipping will take one month and it did. (I ordered over the counter pills from England and they were stuck in American Customs for weeks!) I am satisfied with the seller and product. Just be aware that shipping will be slow.

I was defrauded by a man called Shahnaz Aktar who claimed to be from Atlas export enterprises. India mart has unverified sellers and they leak your personal information to these crooks. I lost Rs 34,800 of my hard earned money. The sad thing is that I was Trying to buy diabetic medication for my mother. India mart 's customer service is non existent and they just washed their hands off any responsibility, very quickly. Shame and a blot on Indian businesses.

The worst Experience I have ever Felt In my whole life. Terrible Firstly the supplier will speak with u Politely for Payment after Payment done they will not attend cals they will delay your material I mean very late at the time of delivery also they will do some drama Sale tax u have to pay tranport u have to pay halut u have to pay... I had given them 13.5 lakhs... Supplier Give my material after 1.5 months. Also I come to know later he had not filed GST from Past 5 months 2 lakhs Gst I have to pay... Worst worst worst..

Jawa pharmacy was very helpful, walked me through all the information, and stayed in touch hope to use their services again

I've had good experiences working with Indiamart. They have been very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. I received my orders as described without any issues. Thank you so much for such a positive experience!

When you ask indianmart about a specific seller, they tell seller is verified.

When you later get problem with the seller and ask indianmart are they just responding, "we are just connecting buyers and sellers and do not have any responcibility."

They where shutting down the sellers account.

After a week where the seller contacting me and told me we just opened a other account, and you can go to hell.

By acting these way and not taking responsibility and not knowing who is opening a account they support ALL KINDS OF BANDITS, a serious company does not work these way.

They have multiple sellers on there who will take your money and send nothing.

I lost hundreds of dollars trusting this fraudulent site. Stay away from them, do not buy from IndiaMART you will lose all your money!

This is 100% SCAM don‘t work with them if you don't want to lose money in my experience i lose 3000€ ( price was 1060€ but they ask for some extra cost and i payed) and didn't get my package. Now they don't respond on my email or whats app. Stay away my recommendation!

I wanted to buy a TV and inquired about the prices. Started getting many messages and emails as soon as I messaged to indiamart and finally liked one product and made half payment online before delivery the person name was Pradeep kumar

This account details I paid and he never replied me back or refunded my money and was a fraud

I complained to indiamart but they didn't take any action. So finally I was cheated and lost my money

Please never trust this website. It's a complete fraud

I wire almost 8000$ to a "seller" which had a good price.
The "seller" told me free shipping and sent a trakimg number of unknown shipping company, which not really exist.
After few days shippinh compay ask me to pay another 6000euro do to corona virus, and this money should be refund.
I didnt wired more money, but its sure a big scam, from the "seller" and the "shipping company"
IndiaMart told me there is nothing they can do...

BEWARE

As others have noted, this platform is full of scammers, and there is no protection for you as a buyer. Just burn your money... it's less stressful.
