India Mart is where Indian scammers gather. The site gives them a trusted appearance with the 'verified' Green sign. Then when they steel your money they say we are not part of this and the site is not liable. Tgere is no purchase. I paid the money and received nothing. Just be careful. We had ordered 3 show pieces for the office, all around 60 inches big. During transit, 2 of the show pieces were stolen. And we had received only 1 and the parcel was completely damaged and broken. We complaint about the same to the proprietor Mr. Harshvardhan.
They responded back very positively and promised to deliver the same again at their own cost.
Within a week they contacted us and sent us the show pieces again which were stolen earlier.
They are completely reliable, honest and a man of words.
So I highly recommend this genuine seller on indiamart for some excellent show pieces that too at very reasonable prices.

My initial enquiry led to ease of ordering and a choice of payment options. Standard delivery takes a couple, or so, days with next day delivery offered. To 'say' that I'm absolutely delighted with this Company and the service it provides would not do it justice.

NAG VENTURES (MAxamillion Nag) is a thief. Once they have you money as agreed, he tells you you need to pay more for customs. IndaiMart is complicit in robbing people. They all should be put in jail.

Guys please don't buy any items from Indiamart, they have spam accounts and once you buy they won't send you the order or refund back your money. They have bad customer service and support. Don't waste your time and money, they have spam accounts ( they can be verified accounts too).

The sales team collected the payment but never delivered the service as promised. Their backend team harasses with calls every day and is run by a bunch of illiterate arrogant people. They don't have the IQ to perform and the company is a big fraud. Save your money. Pay other brands like just dial but not indiamart.

I ordered medicine for cancer treatment, paid by bank transfer & nothing has been sent. They were trading as Primepharmaceuticals which is listed under IndiaMART. I was given invoice number online but did not receive a copy, just a number.

I should have quit when it took 4 hours just to pay for my medicine. They charged for shipping and special packaging, unless I bought 10 boxes, to get free shipping/boxing.
My $90 purchase became $450.
Then after I pay, said it would ship tomorrow 6 days later, after asking for tracking, they hadn't shipped. Said the shipper now.says I have to order 10 more boxes. Or they won't ship. I said no way. They changed there story, after.you pay.
The backup courier. After waiting 10 days. Ships thru 7 countries. Including stops thru customs in In Turkey, Iraq, Spain, Portugal, Columbia, and Guatamala, where they ask for $340 to release from customs. Can you believe they ship a hemoroid medication thru customs in 4 banana republics? What did they expect?
Indiamart now acts like I'm to blame.fpr not paying customs bribes/customs fees in Guatamala.
They never accept any blame, not offer to make things right in any way. I'd take just 2 boxes at this point.
Glad I didn't double my order like they wanted, or I'd have double my losses. Plus another $340+.

Com customer care number, and emailed them all proof but they are not ready to help me any way, my all money was deducted via gateway of IndiaMART. Com... so i am requesting you from every person please don't purchase anything from IndiaMART. Com if you don't want to lose your hard earned money...

The prescription I wanted was available, both in the original and similar names...and at a wild variety of prices. One man seemed honest, saying that the original couldn't legally be exported, but he offered something similar. However, he was unable to supply a piece of information that Western Union required for me to continue...and the name he gave to use with Western Union was not the name he previously used. The same happened with a second man...different names and the inability to supply information that Western Union required. In addition, a box suddenly appeared on my screen asking if I wanted to authorize an $800 payment to the second man. I knew nothing about this and, luckily, was able to decline. Given all these facts, I can only assume that if I had received the medication, it would have been unsatisfactory. Again, AVOID.

This company ripped off my money, asking for a prepaid Vanella Visa Card from Walmart or Walgreens for a $100, which was the original quatation given to me by their sales person. Once they got the proto of that credit card (front & Back of the card) and the proto of the purchase reciept, they asked me for more money transaction because, supposedly, they can not ship les than 5 packages, but they had quoted me for $100 to incluye 2 packages plus shipping cost.

Tried to purchase Ozempic for diabetes. After requiring a Zelle transfer to a particular email ID, was notified I had to pay for shipping guarantee, which would be refunded. After this was paid, was notified I had to pay for "medical fee". These fees are always paid by a zelle transfer to a different email or mobile. Don't fall for it.

Since their listing in Stock market the company has started fooling existing client by
1) Making foreign leads as extra services inspite of selling the 3 yrs package with foreign leads included
2) Foreign leads are all fake i have proved to the company representatives and they have no answers

If this was US they could be sued for big amounts for selling fake leads

I lost $965 dollars through the India Mart website and app. I ordered medication from a "verified" pharmacy Srushti Pharmacy Karimnagar I was robbed. $700 for products, $265 customs charges, and then they wanted $700 for another customs charge which I did not pay, submitted all my documents to India Mart support three times and HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. India Mart was in contact with me to place the orders then they ignored all my communication, it is highway robbery,
