I run a clinic and due to tariffs had to find a new vendor so i decided to give IndiaMart a try. So on January 2026 I purchased some medication from a vendor on IndiaMart and was initially suspicious when the vendor didnt ask me for any medical credentials, but they assured me that drugs are regulated differently in India and I didn't need to show them a medical license to purchase. So I made the payment but as soon as they received it communication stopped. I contacted IndiaMart but they too did not respond, despite numerous complaints and messages to them, they thereby being just as complicit with these vendors. I've purchased from vendors in China, Thailand, Ecuador, Germany, etc. and never dealt with the level of incompetence that I encountered from vendors on the site as well as the site customer service team as well. This is cross-border online commerce fraud approved and allowed by IndiaMart and they or the vendors on their site should be held accountable.

I joined IndiaMART in August for my travel agency expecting genuine travel inquiries. Not a single genuine lead has been received till date.

Before payment, I was given false assurances about lead quality and support. Once the payment was done, the IndiaMART team completely disappeared—no follow-ups, no accountability, no results.

This platform has been a total waste of money and time for my business. I feel misled and disappointed.
I do NOT recommend IndiaMART to any travel agency.

I paid scammers keshavdas & sons who advertise on scammers host indiamart 13,000 INR for sotret on 7th December 2024. The sotret taste and effects are dissimilar to isotretinoin. I sent the sotret to an independent laboratory for analysis who confirmed it is fake. Despite the indubitable evidence, navin from keshavdas denies this, maintaining sotret packaging is original (medicine is unimportant). The public who purchase from keshavdas are easily deceived with a placebo effect who have not conducted a laboratory analysis. I complained to indiamart sending them the entire communication of 74 emails, but representative mani states I provided no evidence, which undoubtedly is a deliberate rebuff to protect their scammers. Mani refuses to answer any of my questions. Sun pharma who manufacture sotret, have refused to acknowledge its authenticity since January 2025. If sotret was authentic, sun pharma would have confirmed it.

Indiamart will not hear your voice after you give them your hard earned money. Their customer care executives are also like pre recorded robots, they dont work on your complaints.

I was asked to pay 50% of my original order cost to get them to reship me an item that was never delivered the first time. This vendor is a scammer. Do not use.

I set up an account in December and was required to include my email and phone number. Within days I was bombarded with 30+ emails and phone calls from multiple sellers. This went on for days. I tried to delete my account. India Mart won't allow you to do it. I had to respond to these vendors and tell them the order was filled because they would contact me 2-3 times a day. One seller is still sending me emails and phone calls 4 weeks later. I asked India Mart to allow me to remove my phone number and email and they refused to do that too. I wish I had never set up an account with them.

This is a terrible company. Do not give them your personal info. They keep it for life and won't let you remove your account.

If I could give a negative 5 I would. IndiaMart is a referral service for other companies. Using IndiaMart, I was contacted by a company named Divine Cure and made an order. The order was not packaged or labelled properly so customs sent it back. I tracked the order and after it was returned, asked the vendor what they were going to do. They denied that I ordered it and said they would never use India Post. I had tracking info from India Post so I knew this was a lie. They stole my money. Going online, I saw that IndiaMart had a complaint and resolution process. I gathered my materials such as screen shots showing the IndiaMart connection, invoice, communications and tracking info and made a complaint. IndiaMart asked for the same information over and over and over again. They obviously never looked at what I sent. Then they said they have no responsibility and only introduce customers with vendors. It is clear they allow scammers and thieves to use their service to operate and their so-called complaint and resoultion srvice is a scam. This makes IndiaMart scammers and thieves as well. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS AND THE VENDORS THAT USE THEM.

I sent money for a product that never came. The site itself is useless. Their complaint form doesn't work and neither does their chat. They don't stand by their customers.

Total trash. Never found and costumer care responding for my plead. Forget it, they won't even pick up my call. Total idiots behind the management!

Indian Mart delegates orders to rip off companies and then takes no responsibility - the tracking is completely fake - do not buy from this company- don't buy from a guy named Deepak - probably change his name tomorrow

I had purchased their STAR plan Instead of improving my visibility, they deleted and changed the contents of my catalog without my permission The number of inquiries decreased after i purchased the plan. I kept asking them to refund my money for over 1 month but no one listened. I made phone cals, sent email to no avail. I had spent 5 years adding correct and precise information into my catalog, and they deleted it ithin a few mintues. Now i m making is again but fear they might delete it again Worst experience with Indiamarts Star plan.

There is absolutely no buyer protection, seller will just take the money and you have no control whatsoever. Never trust indian with your hard earn money, they are not trustworthy, lying is part of their daily life and its how they survive in the slum.

The 4 digit login changed everytime- i never once got it right- so was unable to read messages/purchase-now i see the ratings -i an glad- it should be simple but its not as obviously a lot of /fiddling going on and time wasting-life is tough enough thanks for nothing

Theses guys are SCAMMERS. They took my money I never got my product. Now they won't give me my money back. There asking for another 50 dollars in order to send my money back to me. The company name was. C.M.C hospital, contact name is Shuchin bajai, do NOT buy from this company

I have ordered for 305$ of medicine. The seller never shipped it. (KM overseas) Allways promising to do so but never does. It's been 2 months since. Indiamart refuses to help me out. Do not deal with indiamart or the seller on their platform.
