Don't fall for their fake reviews on their website, check third party reviews, and you shall find how much fraud is this company, and not only that, they will blackmail you legally to pay more money.
Every employee in the department in India fillings don't have self respect and dignity.
All are scammers and cheaters especially Kokila from legal department.
Rather beg then stealing and cheating.

Highly unprofessional, and untrustworthy. I foolishly overpaid in hope of getting work done quickly, not only was the work not done fast, the services for which I paid were not needed at all and they cancelled them later without refunding me.

They have facade of software system where without your approval nothing happens, with 100s of contacts for escalations, refund etc but no one helps.

I've been customer of Indiafilings over 3 years, and I can proudly say, they have been a good partner for me. At initial days, I had language issue as I am Hindi & English speaker, but post my request they gave me English speaking RM and my problem solved. All compliances are filing are done regularly and is reminded. The best part, they keep following until my tasks are completed, great thanks to Saloni Jain, my RM, she is excellent.

Indiafilings handling my company's legal formalities for over the past 5 years. I have mixed review about their services. Let me start with the good side of the review, I have recently worked with Saloni, she is very professional and helpful to me in filing the process on time. I had a very good experience with Shajahan as well in the past from indiafilings.on the negative side, 1. Indiafilings not good at keeping the customer(atleast in my case) documents in a centralized place so every year they request same set of documents and my expectation would be they should take responsibility since they are handling the legal procedures for it's clients. The second one which I can think of is add on fees.

This is my personal experience with Indiafilings. They call every day before getting money but the moment they get money they stop answering calls. Never ever take any service *******@Indiafilings.

I took LLP CLouser service from IndiaFilings and I have been trying to reach their executive I might have call like 200 time since thursday and no one have answered my call. Its a TRAP.

After facing this fraud I started looking for more reviews and found every one has faced same issue. I wonder why did i not read the reviews earlier.

The most unprofessional company, pathetic service, Fraud company. They are only behind your money for services. The team is very unprofessional. I had to face the penalty of around 50K due to this negligent company. If you love your money and want to avoid frustration then don't go with this company.

Filed trademark application through them. They never bothered to inform there was an opposition. I had to check the status myself. Still trusted them and paid for a premium plan where are supposed to help on all stages.

Opposition party has responded to the initial filing. Again no notification/information from their end. Mind you they will enter their contact details so you will not get the information from TMR as well. In spite of repeated reminders no call back from their side. I have lost my brand's trademark, about 20,000 rs and 1 year of time with them. So please
