My Private Company Registration was completed in 3 working Days. I believe that should be a record of some sorts!. The team which handled it was very considerate and very professional, especially Ms. Preethy who followed up diligently and informed me at every step of the due process.
They also have competent CA teams, Trademark Teams, Legal teams & Statutory Compliance teams to advice us and guide us and take us through the initial process of documentation, registrations, licensing etc.

Sometimes these review sites could be so misleading because only bad experiences get reported and happy customers do not go out of the way to report. I had a great experience and thought i would report about it in detail, so people can make informed choice. For me this is the third company i am starting, two were started by a local CA friend. I chose indiafilings becos its online and didn't have to travel. I did some research online was a little afraid at first but then decided to go with them becos of the professionalism in the followup process... I liked that they clarified a lot of doubt without asking for any money for any number of hour over phone which made me chose them... once, paid also i was assigned a relationship manager sathya and he took the process very professionally. I got regular email and updates on the status of my registration work and my company was registered in 19 days. During the process, I had to get stamp paper and sign documents which is a hassle but needed for registration so OK. But, i really like them for what happened after registration... once registration was over and account was opened i tried to become an online seller on flipkart but my registration application was denied, so i called indiafilings for help and Deepak was very helpful in getting his contact at flipkart solve the issue for me. They went out of the way to help me, without any charge and this i liked. So, indiafilings people are helpful and genuine in what they do... they go beyond the requirement which is commendable... keep helping more entrepreneurs. Best of luck - Darshan

If you are starting up, and looking for help in company formation, obviously you'd want professional help to put things in place.
Indiafilings - their website depicts a false impression on their services.

Let me share my experience in detail.

- they promise that LLP will be incorporated in 21 working days: UNFORTUNATELY it has taken more than 5 months in my case.
- Their employee * committed mistake while registering, I had to pay Rs. 3000 extra as I had no other option.
- During the trademark registration process, their executive tells me (after 3 months) that I cannot use the final company name. Obviously a panic situation is created. After a lot of to and fro with the team, they file a temporary trademark number. I am very sure they wont even notify permanent trademark number.
- I had taken the entire packing including accounting software. Even in this case, their executive tells me that they DO NOT have the license of the software. Ridiculous! Then why did they charge me for it?
- To top it all, my LLP documents were sent to WRONG address.

Sincere request to anyone who is planning to approach them for start up incorporation, I would suggest PLEASE explore better options. There are many who would do it professionally. Do NOT think Indiafilings is the only option.

I had given INDIA FILINGS two jobs for Company incorporation under INC 29 which takes maximum of 15 to 20 days. I have submitted all documents but even after 2 months of regular follow up i am not able to get company registered. Every day different excuses for non filing and now they dont even entertain my calls. Such Unprofessional Company. I have paid full money for incorporation and have no other option than waiting. Please say a BIG no to India filings for Incorporation
