The sales team is just keen on collecting money for the whole year service and the minute you pay, you are stuck, they do not deliver any service after collecting money. We as a company has lost Rs. 15,000/- only on GST fines just because their staff gets changed regularly and the new staff is just incompetent and lack GST knowledge. No one is responsible neither responding, not sure if the owners of India Filings are aware of what is going on in their company. Unfortunately we have paid for one year service charges and stuch with such an unprofessional company and are paying the fines as we have no other go. Please be Careful with this company.

I do not recommend to go with this company for any of your accounting needs. They are unprofessional and never do a timely job. It's a painful experience and you will waste so much of your time. Highly unprofessional and worst service provider.
Indiafilings is very good company and they given us best service, we got patent registration from the help of them.
I, after searching online, selected India Filing for our business registration and as per their available service packages, I selected Rs. ******* package and started working with one Mr. Mukesh. He assigned few people for various processes and initially they all started communicating with me. But since business registration process is in sequence, for example first process is registration of Partnership Deed, then obtaining company PAN etc, I found no internal communications within their team and after repeated calls and mail approvals for completing Partnership Deed, responsible person Mr. Ramraj stopped taking my calls. And same happened with Mr. Mukesh.
I am very much disappointed with the services and approach of India Filing staff. I might need to initiate refund process to get back my money if I don't get my job done.
