Thi is such an worst organization. They are good untill they received payments from us. If payment is done they are not even bother to respond back. And if we raised any concerns they will not reply, and finally some lady will call and she is rudely say please visit govt office and do ur work by own.

And once you paid for one pack, then they will ask you sir this is mandatory you pay for this, if that's fine again they will say after this, this procedure is mandatory you have to pay for this...
They are looted me...

And it's veen almost 40 days yet I haven't got my GST certificate.
This really impacting on my business revenue badly.

Before we take the service, the sales person from India Filing is back of us. And after we take the service they do not care.
Before enrolling for the services, I asked the sales executive to first check the documents that i have send is ok or not, He said that there will no issues in enrollment and so I made the payment, now after that it's being more than a month that my GST number has not been created.
You are here just to take money from clients and nothing else. Very pathetic service.

I have applied for a trademark for my business. I that they will be experts in this field, but I was totally wrong. Their team doesn't know any govt. Rules and regulation, at least they don't guide me about rules. And applied to the government trademark portal in such a way that my application got objection and later I found that they applied with some other name and not on my company name. And then they again charge me by saying that objection handling/reply application charge and also told me that they are looking into the matter of how my company name was not applied for the trademark. A few weeks later they inform me that name cannot be charged now as per govt. Rules. Then I asked for a refund, they replied that they don't know the refund process, and will back to me soon. A few days later I got an email with their refund process for the money I paid them for objection reply, not the full amount where I have to log in to their portal and fill up a request form. 1st of all finding the form in their portal was really tough as the form was hidden and the link is not working properly. Anyhow, I filled up the form and got an email saying that they got my refund request. And that was more than 1 month back, till now I didn't get the refund back.
