I wanted to surprise my friend. I knew her choice for cake so I booked a cake for her from indiacakes website for the first time. Price was right, I wondering about the on time delivery. But it was on time. My friend was very happy with the surprise as the cake was of her choice. Taste of cake was good, Now I always preferred Indiacakes to book cake or flower for dearest one.

I heard about this site from my colleague. So I browsed the site and placed an order of pineapple cakes for my sister's bday. I found the cake-designs for which I was looking. I booking that immediately. Prices are also very nominal. They delivered cakes on time. The customer service is satisfactory. Cake was very fresh and yummy.

My experience with the site is highly disappointing. The policy is not matching with the site details. Highly dissatisfied.

I put in my order for my dad's birthday three weeks before the actual date. I found out from my parents that they didn't receive anything. No notification of any kind from these folks, and when I contacted them two days later they didn't explain why they didn't deliver and asked if they can deliver now which was ridiculous. I give them one star for at least giving my money back. But I am not using them again.

The cake was fresh and yummy. I had it delivered in patna and didn't expect the service to be good. But on contrary, the cake was delivered on time and was fresh and tasty. My folks loved it!

I request to all viewer do not buy cake from them they did not deliver cake on time. I order a cake in afternoon and after 9h in night when i call him they told we did not delivered today

Hi, I recieved the cake on time and also the quality of cake was good. Only it was little different from the image but the taste was good.

Got the refund after just 45 days wait period+ dozens of attended calls+ dozens of ignored calls+ ignored emails+ "we won't mail the same to you, sir; it is limited to jst the call" replies.
2 stars for finally returning my wholesome amount.

Free tip: the support executive needs to come up with better reasons than "The delivery boy met with an accident, sir; we will deliver you the next day."

They can't make deadline, they can't deliver the items after taking the price for the items, poorest customer support, poorest quality, please do not trust them and waste your money

Never buy anything from this website, worst site to buy anything also they show some other amount to pay and after the payment they charge something else. I ordered one cake from them and they just showed that it will be delivered on that particular day but actually they did not spoke to vendor. Worst website to go for.

The website needs to modify to accept proper order, though l order to the same delivery address, still they take delivery charge for each order, my question is why do they accept without proper manners and trouble the customers! Really hell business!
