I am very disappointed with the products you delivered. The cake was 90% cheap cream and the half side of the sponge was dry. Basically rotten piece.
Fruits were not very fresh. Grapes were raw and sour. Too many bananas. You show pictures of Kiwi, Mango but no such good fruit was added in the basket. I will never order from you nor will advise others.
Horrible quality! Utter waste of money.

I have bought cakes from Indiacakes multiple times. They have all been of very good quality. I have never had trouble with their service too. I just wish they had more variety with the fresh cream cakes.

Twice i have availed their services. Both the times it was not delivered on the expected time and date. Also both the times they asked to pay 100 rs extra for delivery charges too. Its really very disappointing

The cake delivered was different than the one i ordered and i paid 150 extra to get the product delivered before 2 P.M. but it was delivered after 3 P.M., The flowers were atleast a day old.

I booked a birthday cake a day prior to the birthday but it hasn't reached even after 48 hrs as I am writing this review. Anyone would be unhappy and disappointed with the service like this. Sorry to say this. I always want to give a true experience. This was very bad in compare to the service experience had before with IndiaCakes. Generally they are good but today I am embarrassed and disappointment.

Things which were ordered was not delivered exactly. Cake was delivered after 24 hrs of placement and that too different.So disappointing and annoying.

I had call 3 time they are unable to tell about delivery status...
Even they are saying you call and confirm...
