Exceptionally bad customer service. Offered $5 back for three bras after I pay return shipping to China. Sizes were too small as compared to US sizes. Beware!

I ordered their posture bra in my normal size. When I received them and tried them on my breasts fell out the bottom of the cup as the shoulder straps were too short and the buckle even though in the last hook was not tight enough. On contacting them, I was asked to send them a copy of my proof of purchase which I did and deleted after sending. Their response was they had sent the size ordered. I had already told them that in my email. Their reply then was to give them to someone else. No satisfaction from their customer service at all.
