Recent changes haven't really improved the site much. Rewards for some surveys are pitifully small for the time they take. Recently I have completed a couple of surveys but have not been rewarded. There is not a simple way to report this as the surveys cannot be referred to in an identifiable way.
Rewards take too long to be processed - other survey sites manage to do this much more quickly.
Disappointed that my favoured reward (Amazon voucher) now needs you to reach £30 instead of £20 as previously.
I have been a member of the site for some time and this is my fourth payout. Just be honest in the surveys n the money will slowly grow. I try to complete a couple of surveys a day. Hoping that my request for payment this time will not be too slow as it recently changed from a paper cheque to a choice of retailers inc. PayPal. Would recommend it to anyone looking to make a little extra pin money.
Reached my second payout since joining InboxPounds but it seemed, this time, to be a bit of a struggle to get there as I had a number of rejections around the £19 mark. I am aware that I will not qualify all the time but I still enjoy completing the surveys.
Taking surveys won't make you rich but it's a good way to earn a bit of extra cash. Inbox pounds makes the whole process easy and clear. You can see how much money you have earned and its easy to cash it out.
Great survey site, there are plenty interesting content. You get paid quickly when you reach the cash out amount of £20. Highly recommend Inbox Pounds.
Easy way to earn money, but I get screened out of so many surveys, sometimes after spending several minutes on them. Some surveys also take longer than stated, so can be time consuming to earn the cash. Payouts are usually quick.
Still waiting for the payment to be processed, I've been completing surveys for the past six years and only recently have things changed. My account has been ‘put on hold' due to ‘inconsistent answers', I've always answered honestly and complete surveys with care. It appear that answering surveys successfully isn't a popular option! Something wrong in the chain of command somewhere. I feel that it's an excuse not to issue a payment. Not impressed.
If you want to earn some money for Christmas etc then this is for you. You can sit at home and do surveys of various lengths and times.

I can't wait and hope it wont take longer than the 2-3 days as promised. It is not easy to get to the redeemable amount and one should not be made to wait longer than necessary to enjoy their rewards.

And the amount of surveys I qualify for are decreasing. I can try 10-20 a day, and be lucky to get through one. Also the prequalification can take as long as the survey, and then get screened out without a reward.

Been with them for years. Was with them in Canada and still now back in UK. I always cash out at £20 and enjoy the surveys very much.
This is a great way to earn a few extra pounds. There is always plenty of surveys to complete and they only a few minutes to complete and are often very interesting.
This is a great rewards website. I think that there should be a lot if more offers from retail shops like zara.

Been with IBP for 10 years and things were not too bad till 2 months ago. They changed the free spins so it was more difficult to get 1p every time you had an unsuccessful survey. On one of these they picked up what they termed an unsatisfactory answer and took away my surveys apart from the dodgy green ones which are nearly always failed. I have since been doing surveys every day but getting very little thru and no 1p awards for all the time wasted! Also forced to cash in my last award at £20 as they have stopped the option to hang on and cash in at higher amout, meaning I have a £1 left in my account which they will now keep. Agree with all the comments I have seen here, just stuck with them but has now become a joke.
