If I could give less than 1 star I would. I will continue to leave reviews about this companies poor service, lack of communication, ungodly shipping time. I ordered my toddlers sesame street jacket November 30,2022 and specified I needed it by January 1st, 2023. My sons 2nd bday was January 7th. There was no update other its still being processed. No returns on emails, no room on their voicemail. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Not to mention its January 24th and I still havent received my item. I requested a refund and a stop processing before I January if it would not be done in time. I ended up purchasing another outfit for his party and have no use for this item any longer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

It took months to arrive and the quality of fabric is horrible. They confirmed that they would accept a return and refund me once received. I spent money to ship back all the items, in original packaging and they no longer respond to emails. I spent $100 in clothing plus the cost of return shipping. Horrible company, this is a fraud to get your money.

Horrible company! Horrible customer service! Horrible products! I bought two tee shirts. One showed a beautiful embroidered bee but when it finally arrived it was nothing more than a poorly applied iron on aplicay. Previously, I made two simple inquiries about when my order and when it would be shipped. The return communication was nonsense without a straight answer to my question. First they said the delay was was a due to "the holiday" (?), the second reply said it was "lost in the mail" with no further explanation. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. I should have looked at the reviews first. Smh

First, their site is now not coming up.
Second, the material SUCKS.
Third, their size chart is FAKE.

I've made a $120 purchase of clothes I've now received after a month after the purchase giving this seller use of my money for 30 days. The quality is poor, poor, poor, cheap fabric. There is no contact information for this immorgo company except an email which I am still waiting for a response. I've contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. This is a shady company. Big mistake to purchase from this company. No way to contact them except an email they do not respond to. If you've ordered something, refuse its delivery. CAUTION! I've been duped! The clothes look good and artsy on the website, but very poor quality fabric and sewing used in the process. Not worth the money! Who knows if I'll even be able to get a refund. No one responds to the emails. You have to email immorgo to get the return address, but no one responds to the emails and you're only given 14 days to return the order. So it's impossible to do a return. The print on the clothes looks great but the fabric is poor and the arms are very thin on each item. No room for any flap. Seems like these are made for Asian bodies, not American bodies. BEWARE! The decorations are vinyl which won't last after very many washes on two of the items. The fabric will pill easily. There's no way to communicate with this company other than an email.

I ordered 9 shirts from them on Dec 7th 2020 and did not receive them until Jan 8th and when i got the package there were 5 of the 9 shirts in the package and not packing slip or any other information in there. There is no number to call them so i emailed them from their website and got no answer so I emailed again and got this
Could you please help to send us the following pictures, so we can check with our warehouse and courier company?

Needless to say I have not heard back from them so I am out 4 shirts at this point.

I bought a gift for a friend and the quality of the item delivered was NOTHING like the advertised picture. Very disappointing and extremely hard to get a full refund. The refunded me 25% on an item that is going in the bin. I also paid over $20 for faster delivery - the item arrived 4 days later than promised. Someone is making a lot of money off of this fraudulent Chinese scam business - I see their site has closed down so I'm sure they've moved to another name. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE. (Look out for this style of advertising on other sites - SCAM)

I Actually received my, Almost, exact Border Collie Cartoon T-Shirt in Only 3weeks from China... I was stunned. Did write two very stern e-mails to the company. Guess it paid off... unfortunately the company charged me 13 dollars Canadian More than the total price on the cart was actually supposed to get. But,, I'm happy enough,,, just terrified of washing it... will hand wash,. AND my t shirt came with a tag inside...

Clothes received look nothing like the advertising pictures. Very poor fabric guality. Except for letter (L or XL) size tags, no other tag exsisted. No manufacturer not even fabric content or washing instructions. Tried to return but text replys from immorgo were very discouraging. They tried to discount the clothes then said I could give them away as Christmas presents, but couldn't returm them, it would be too costly. I found out that the return address that was on the package (Newark, New Jersey) was not where it originated. It came from China. To return package it would cost $77 on an original investment of about $130. They also warned me that my package could get lost. What a scam!

I made a purchase for my daughter's 18th birthday On July 7th, 2020 and in July 11th I received an email saying that my order was on its way. Today is August 23! They sent me a tracking number that leads nowhere and I've been trying to reach them via email without success! My emails are being completely ignored and my credit card was charged $113.00 USD for something that has not been RECEIVED! This company runs a big scam and it seems like no law is after it! WHY DO THIS SITES FORCE YOU TO SELECT AT LEAST ONE STAR?!

I ordered 4 printed t-shirts, they supposed to be 100% cotton and they're nylon! The prints themselves were supposed to be as closed on the pictures or at least close, but they're a disaster! Weak colors, poooor quality!
Also, the models are completely different from the images shown on their site...

I received COMPLETELY different experience than expected. It's not something delivered by mistake, but the quality and the prints are just awful! Stay away from this site...

Also I found the t shirts on another site for 7euros each and I paid them on Immorgo 25 euros each plus shipping on top of that!

After 2 months of waiting, the order arrived. But what a disappointment, firstly the fabrics are of very poor quality and do not correspond to the description, the sizes are too small, example an XL with a handle for children and there is also a change of colors. The two pieces only is one piece. A big disappointment... in addition they never answered my questions that I had asked during the waiting time... It's a total theft... and a frustration, because I will like them report to a consumer protection organization, but I don't think it could work.

Wish I could find something positive to say but the truth is that their clothing is horrendous and nothing like the photos they use in their advertisements. They size their clothing as if it's made for very small children. A large size is apt for a ten year old kid. The fabric is rough and smells like it was pickled in a nasty sauce. It's a huge waste of money! Wish that i'd read the reviews BEFORE ordering their clothing. I won't waste my time trying to return the clothing to be refunded since other reviewers state it's an exercise in frustration and a waste of time. Lesson learned: never order anything on line if I do not know enough about the quality of the product being sold.
