While trying to renew my Global Entry I stumbled upon this website via a google search and they make you believe you are going directly to the government website but they charge you $139.99 to basically reroute your web page to the government website. Now they have all your personal info and charge3d you to take it. Don't do it.

Fraudulent Website
November 17, 2020

This business is a fraud and should be shut down. Their website contains intentionally misleading and false information. They solicit money under false pretenses. They list TSA Precheck as one of their services. I filled out the application and paid the $139.99 fee via PayPal which they require to process the application. It was all a lie. They have NO connection to TSA Precheck and no authority to do anything to help anyone with their fake "services." They prey on unsuspecting, vulnerable immigrants and others. If I could give them no stars I would. One star is too much.

Not a Government Service
January 29, 2020

When I first started looking to get a Sentri card I went to what I thought was a government website. I got an actual key that is a number needed to login to your application to see the status of what is going on. I did this April of 2019. I have now waited 10 months I still don't have my Sentri card my status is still pending and I was charged $139.99 on top of the $25.00 fee for the application CBP. Now today I went to call and see what the heck the phone number listed is no longer in service so I have esentially been scammed out of $139.99. BEWARE, I may have to go to the Sentri office at the CBP office to get everything figured out and to re-submit an application. I have 2 friends that applied they already have their Sentri card I have WAITED 10 MONTHS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR GO THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM!

My wife and I used their services for our Global Entry cards and everything was fine. Their fees are a little higher than what I expected but overall we're happy with the results.

This site seems to imply that they are affiliated with the government. The charge an outrageous fee for something you can do by yourself, ONLINE at
https://goes-app.cbp.dhs.gov/main/goes/

Note the. Gov at the end. That means it is a government site... A. com site is usually commercial.

I worked for CBP Trusted Traveler processing and there are lots of companies like this. Whilst I sympathize with people feeling mislead I have to say that it was always much better to process applications form companies like this because they are always accurate and complete whilst those submitted from the general public often contain many errors.
