I sent iMemories 3 VHS tapes last year. One was a childhood video and two were from childhood concerts. I was unaware they could not make the concert ones in digital copies due to copyright issues.

I got my childhood video back right away but did not hear anything back about the concert VHS tapes until I emailed to inquire why I hadn't received them yet. Keep in mind I had gotten several emails regarding signing up for their subscription between the time I got my first video and the time I emailed to find out why I hadn't received the other two videos. I placed my order in November 2025 and waited until February 2026 to reach out.

I called the office on February 9,2026 to ask to be refunded because I paid $112.80 for 3 videos and only got 1 video. I spoke with Desiree who was not very friendly and advised I would be refunded only $48.36 but she could not advise if I would receive the refund via credit card or check because it would be up to the manager. When I asked if she could send me an email to let me know how the refund would be given back to me when decided by the manager she stated she could not do that and told me to call back in 2 weeks.

I called 1 week later on February 17 and was told via the telephone prompt that 13 callers were ahead of me and the wait time was 90 minutes. Once I got a call back I spoke with Desiree who appeared to be in a better mood. I asked to speak with a manager right away and she put me on a brief hold. Once she came back to the line she said "both managers were in a meeting and wouldn't be able to call me until the end of the day." The time of this call was around 3p. I said ok and then she told me that she just sent my refund out and I should receive it within 7-10 business days.

To pay $64.44 for one video seems a bit pricey to me. And to not have a good customer service experience on top of that was disappointing.

I would not recommend this company and would not use their services in the future.
