I placed an order wow gold and i received a e-mail to stay online, someone will come to delivery it within 15 minutes. So i was happy. I stayed online for 3 hours and no one ever come. I opened a chat on their site and spoke with 2 ppl saying the server was in restock. Should take 2-3 days to deliver it. So i opened a dispute on Paypal and they replied that i will take some time to complete the order so i let them 7 days to complete it. After 7 days no news from them, so i have escalated to a paypal claim and they refunded me. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE M O F O!

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The site itself looks kinda sketchy, which is why I was wary of purchasing from them in the first place, but the site that I normally bought from (fastwowgold.com) was out of stock on my realm.

I purchased 50,000 gold from them, a decent amount, not crazy high but high enough. 3 hours later my auctions still weren't purchased, so I decided to open up the customer support window and ask how long they expect it to be. The person I talked to took forever to respond to me, and after requesting all the information that I had already given them, they finally said "we are currently out of stock".

I went back to their site, and it said "In stock". I confronted them with that fact and they never responded, after about 30 minutes I closed the tab and started a new one. Same person. I closed it again in frustration.

About 5 minutes later I opened it again, yet again same person "Rubby Mao". I asked them if they would be willing to give me a refund and they said "refunds typically take 2-10 days". I then asked when they would be in stock, no response. I then asked "did you send in the refund, or do I still need to wait for you to be in stock?" no response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

I would recommend fastwowgold.com it's much more professional, but are slightly more expensive and are less stocked. Well worth it considering you will actually get your gold.

I've purchased here before years ago and just got back to gaming and decided to purchase again. On the website they said the order was in stock. That was a lie. They told me it would take a few days I said okay well I want a refund. Anytime I mentioned a refund they would not respond. I finally called my bank and told them the charge was not authorize and did a charge back. They are terrible and will keep telling you to wait. I would not recommend ANYONE to buy from them for anything. They are scammers that will give you the cold shoulder expecting you not to do anything. Make sure you look at reviews for companies!

I have also reported them to several authorities for investigation. Same thing, out of stock, come back 8-10 hours... Cut and paste blah blah blah... Please email a manager... blah blah blah.
So, well see...

If the had a zero of 5 option then that's the one I would have chosen.

Went through resolution center on pay pal and they just responded saying they would refund my money. Im in wait and see now... Ill keep you posted

I purchased 40$ worth of WoW Gold, and a few other items. When they went to give me my items they cancelled the trade and logged off immediately. I used their chat service and the person I spoke with said he reported I received the gold and items. Told me there was nothing I could do about it and ended the chat. Literally choose anyone else out there.

Terrible site. I have actually gone as far as reporting this site to the government fraud and scam services. I am awaiting a response this week as it may end up in lawyers and such. Yes its not worth it some say but being ripped off in such a way is ridiculous and they should be taken off the internet for good. Its been almost a month since my order and as most people say it's always the same responses.

Horrible site. Did a small purchase got in 2 min. Then I did a very large order and it's bfe a month now and they keep saying check back in 5-6 hours.

I purchased $40 worth of gold for World of Warcraft WoW from the site IMBUYGOLD.COM but I never received it. The paypal purchase confirmation listed MMO Newgames Group LTD with an email of *******@mmonewgames.com I made numerous attempts to contact the seller WWW.IMBUYGOLD.COM and MMO New Games Group but I still haven't received my purchase. They would tell me to come back 8-10 hours everyday and I'd receive my gold. But after several months of the same response I realized I wasn't going to receive my purchase. Eventually I started messaging daily that I'd like a refund. Again, everyday they would tell me I'd receive a refund within 24 hours. It has now been many months later and no delivery of product or refund has been received. I believe this site is a scam using Paypal to collect money. I'm now in the process of disputing this with Paypal but I'll probably be out of luck there since they don't help with virtual purchases. Don't fall into the trap and buy from these guys. Go to another site and buy a small amount first to test them out then go for larger if you need it.

I made the mistake of changing who I normally dealt with and trying these guys.
I am out over $200 I bought mounts and gold. I got one mount and only 20% of the gold I ordered. The player logged off and said brb and never logged back on.
I contacted web customer service on the web site daily for 3 days. Each day they said out of stock please give us more time. After three days of this and no action on their behalf I asked for a refund which they said they would provide.
I have received no refund.
I cant get through on telephone to them and they don't respond to emails as of yet.
I feel ripped off.
As a follow up I reported it to PayPal who I dealt with and they would do nothing about it saying I wasn't allowed to buy what I was buying so they can not guarantee my transactions $ and yet they continue to deal with this dealer as a client even though they agree that the dealer is selling items they don't own.
So in short... PayPal is supporting these frauds and offer you no protection when dealing with such transactions.

Its been well over a year and still haven't gotten the gold. I ask about once a month just to be pesky and they always say they're out.

I just purchased 30k gold and i'm getting the run around too. Lucky for me I bought it using paypal. At least I will get my money back. Yeah this site is a joke.
