I purchased the Professional Plan ($60) to access all the features for generating cartoon-style images, but ImagineArt failed to deliver — the results lacked style and were missing details. I unsubscribed the same day with 95% Subscription Credits Left and was fully eligible for a refund under their policy. They refused to issue the refund, which shows a lack of integrity and proves they do not honor their own policies. This also explains why they do not offer a free trial — the product does not perform as advertised.
Very poor ai results. Asked to cancel plan 2 hours after signing and they will not cancel. No customer service at all. Don't come near.
