Can't think of any way your company needs improving. Delightful hen, excellent service. Never had problems with you in all the time I have been using your company. Always try your site first to check updated information about services you provide and very happy to check that you are now booking your staff in abroad too. We will soon see you in other city again.

I was very impressed with the variety of services and ideas on offers mentioned on website of IM-Entertained. The prices were great with a good price range. This makes it easy and affordable to get some great services for my sister's hen do. I really appreciated the phone call letting me know when my services will start and the detailed overview of venue booked for party. All in all I was very VERY happy and will most definitely be using IM-Entertained again!"

I was a bit nervous about dealing with this company because it was an expensive party and I also found some negative reviews but alot of positive too so decided to go with this company, and I can honestly say I'm over the moon with how easy your company was to deal with and how efficient. I booked a dwarf but unfortunately I gotta go out of city so phoned the company and explain situation. The representative confirmed information and than refund my amount saying I will be pleasure to have you here in near future. Thanks Guys you really are rocking.

WORST EXPERIENCE - ZERO star rating
Our experience has been extremely negative.
Paid deposit in advance everything was organised and confirmed for a 'dwarf'. Performer was supposed to turn up... one hour later still a no show - wouldn't pick up phone.
Asked for a refund - the company are refusing.
Disaster! Ruined the night all the party were very disappointed.
Also we ordered 2 masseuse ladies who cancelled the night before!
Very bad customer service.
The bars are great and the people are lovely! Will be going back there as a weekend was just not long enough! Thank you for making it such a momentous weekend! One we will ever forget!

Okay so I put a review on the website but I don't anyone will see it. So here is another one. First of all... You will not get the same stripper you ordered! While the bride to be was happy, I was disappointed for the following reasons... A) he arrived an hour early! We were told 8:35pm on the morning but he turns up at 7:35pm. We luckily managed to sneak him in the apartment without the bride knowing. B) He arrive in a different costume to what we wanted. C) he actually turned up in normal clothes and needed to change in the apartment... I mean it is supposed to be a strippergram! D) we were told that all props and stuff will be provided... Well he had the baby cream but no music. We had a rented apartment so if we were told before hand we could have made sure to bring a sound system, instead we had to improvise with the TV music channel (adverts can really bring down the mood).
While the guy was nice and alright looking and as I said he bride had a good time... It could have just as easily been a very bad experience... So proceed to use this company with caution if at all. It may be worthwhile going to see a strip show instead
Just returned from a night away at IM-Entertained where we were on a hen party on Patrick’s weekend. I really feel no hassle recommending this company to all others.
I also would like to thank your excellent customer service, it's absolutely outstanding. Fast replies, straight to the point, friendly and puts customers first. Absolutely superb. It's reasons like this that I will forever love this site.
We had areas reserved for us and when it was time to move from one to another we were escorted by a member of staff. Would highly recommend this venue. Well done to all at the IM-Entertained and keep up the good work.
