We could not believe what €50 per person got us, but the main thing that everybody agreed on was the great service and the sense of security and safety we felt.

One member of staff in the IM-Entertained even went on my phone and spoke to my friend to give her directions. In Brooks even though we were of course late again, the staff could not have been more accommodating. I have never been in such a helpful and friendly.

I love all your communications with your lovely sense of humour and how you always keep the customer in the loop.

The dance instructor was fab and friendly! Place was lovely and we all enjoyed the all you can eat breakfast to help cure our hangovers! Was fab would definately reccomend again!

We had read reviews before we booked and being honest we didn’t believe it was as true as was state. I can honestly say that this was THE BEST service I have ever received as a hotel guest in this country.

We had booked here for a Hen Party... It was worth every cent……. Staff were efficient, friendly and literally bent over backwards to accommodate us.
