Just returned from a night away at IM-Entertained where we were on a hen party on Patrick’s weekend. I have stayed in many hotels and never received the fantastic service we got. All staff members were so facilitating and just fantastic. Great night had by all had here, I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Try avoiding this company because they will never keep what promised. I ordered my friends party last weekend and it was the horrible experience dealing with this company. On the time of party every single thing was messed up which we can say a very poor management & work ethics. Basically they don't know how to deal with the customer expect charging a huge amount of bill by promising the best party forever. I ll never ever think to deal with IM-Entertained for any party even in my dreams and i feel to share my words about this company as my responsibility. I ll never recommend this company to any one. Really it was a horrible nightmare.

Never trust this company is totally joke. I had just lost my money booking a show which was never turned up and when i try to contact them for refund they did not pick up my call and never listen to me. We booked a show and the act performed wasn't that wanted or ordered. This company is not a group of professionals because the professionals always keep their words but these guys just make a lie on lie and another lie to hide the previous lie of them. I wish i could beat them on the road because they wasted my money and my time while my time is more precious than the money.
Never recommend this company to anyone!

“Have just returned from a night at this stylish boutique hotel. We went as a party of 24 ladies in an inclusive package for a Hen night which included B&B, evening meal, cocktails and entry to The Foundry nightclub. Well I can only say that from start to finish it was fantastic
Worth every penny, hours of entertainment! I wasn't expecting to it be as half as good as it is recommended! Rob
The reception staff were so polite and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. We had a super weekend and I will definitely be returning to IM-Entertained. Hi I just came back from my friend's hen, its 3:33am and I'm very impressed with you all, keep up the good work and your a inspiration to us all.
The ring girls were friendly professional and were a real highlight for the event.
I can honestly say that I have never visited such wonderful accommodation. I travel and holiday many times a year and have never witnessed this experience. The facilities in the complex were amazing and I rarely left the Venue.
What a great time the dance class in Newcastle was extremely thrilling and we learned a lot in the 2 hour class.
