After we had ordered at the "clearance price" and iLuvFabrix processed our card payment the ordered fabric did not arrive for several months. We were told that the fabric ordered was still in process at their European manufacturer (strange for "clearance" advertized fabric!)

ILuvFabrix has proven fraudulent. The company markets "brands." Quoting prices for Brunswig et Fils, Scalamandre, etc at $600 per yard, reduced to "clearance price" of $150.
When I called the manufacturer direct I was told the price points were in the $22.00 to $28.00 range. We identified the manufacturing company, called that company and were told that the
Fabric we had purchased was manufactured in China, not Europe.

ILuvFabrix marketed and sold the fabric as "upholstery" when the manufacturer reported
The fabric was for curtains and they would not recommend it be used for upholstery.

I LuvFabrix responded to our complaints with, "We will send you a prepaid label to sent the fabric back to us and will give you store credit ($1,700.00. Our response was, Why in the world would we take store credit for fake fabric?"

When we asked who owned the company the response was "a lawyer." When we asked for his name the response was, "we won't divulge that information."

We placed more than 20 calls to resolve the matter and rarely had the phone answered, with other than a voice mail message.

Again, BUYER BEWARE. GJN (USA)

I ordered a fabric sample for $14, free shipping. I don't need it overnight and I intentionally did not request an upgrade in shipping methods. However, the company unilaterally changed my order and sent me a PayPal invoice for $39,95 for the upgraded shipping, despite my immediate reply that I did not request this. Now -- surprise -- this company that other customers are claiming is so responsive and so customer service oriented is pointedly ignoring my phone calls and e-mails. There is nothing else to call this but a complete SCAM. I'll be directing calls and e-mails to iluvfabrix until they correct this -- and will never pay the erroneous PayPal bill. Caveat emptor indeed.

Recently, I have had the pleasure of ordering from the above-named site. The fabric that this company has is top notch and I am very excited about receiving my orders to start my window projects. The service from all representatives from this company was outstanding. One fabric that I ordered was velvet and I received an email after placing my order informing me that this particular fabric should be on a roll for obvious reasons (which I did not think of at the time I placed my order). I rate this company as exceptional and know I will continue to do business with them in the future. Emails are answered immediately. Thank you again.

I love iLuvFabrix. There isn't another on-line store like them. They sell top-of-the-line fabric at excellent prices. They have a very large selection. The other discount stores sell from the same medium-quality companies (e.g., Kravet, Duralee, Fabricut) or they have a few pieces from top companies. ILuvFabrix consistently sells the best. A lot of the their "to-the-trade" fabric is rarely discounted anywhere else.

When I first found iLuvFabrix, I couldn't believe they were legitimate. How did they get fabric that is only sold to designers? How did they get such a large inventory? How did they sell at such low prices? I've asked these questions (and many more) to Michelle, the iLuvFabrix interior designer. Michelle always had clear, sensible answers to my questions. She has spent decades building relationships with top fabric mills. When the mills have fabric to discount, they send it to her.

My experience with iLuvFabrix has been completely positive. But I've read some complaints and I understand them. It's very upsetting when you get damaged fabric or a late delivery. But these problems aren't unique to iLuvFabrix. I've spent 40 years buying bargain fabric. I've purchased bolt-ends and discontinued fabric from the best companies -- e.g., Holly Hunt, Rose Tarlow and Classic Cloth. Usually, my sales went very smoothly. But these top-of-the-line companies have also sent me (1) damaged fabric with terrible flaws, (2) less fabric than I paid for and (3) very late orders. I am willing to deal with the occasional problem because of the wonderful discounts. For me, it's worth it.

I have had excellent customer service from iLuvFabrix. But they don't have a large customer-service department. This is a way to keep prices low. If they had a lot of employees they couldn't sell their fabric at such large discounts.

Michelle and her colleagues are honest, honorable merchants. They have an excellent product. They work hard at providing good customer service. There isn't another on-line company like them. I recommend them.

I do love this place so much I want to tell the entire world in GREAT BIG LETTERS! Michelle goes above and way beyond searching for fabrics that only exist inside my head. I live in an old hotel/high class bordello, built in 1890. My husband and I spent 13 years restoring it and it is my dream house. Michelle has been so helpful in suggesting higher end fabric when I would tell her my ideas. The end result has been nothing but fantastic. My next project is fabric for the kitchen window and matching bar stools as well as some fabulous Leopard to go on my very favorite and threadbare nursing/storybook-reading/new baby snuggling/knitting chair.
I have had NOTHING but great service and help here. Fabrics are perfection. I accidently ordered a duplicate set of sample fabrics in the middle of the night; emailed Michelle and she fixed it for me... immediately. Iluvfabrix has a life long customer with me and I tell everyone looking for home Dec fabrics about this site. The fabrics are gorgeous and not something available to me locally. But the real selling point is their extraordinary customer service.

I have purchased some fabrics from them and the fabrics were OK but not fantastic. They claim their fabrics are mill ends from famous fabric houses. I think they would be sued by the fabric houses and forced to stop making such claims if they were not true. Every business needs a means of disposing what they cannot sell at full price. For example there is a web site that sells very high end men's clothes and I am certain that the clothes are as described.
I wish Michele and her Internet advisors would take the hint and stop sending me so much spam mail. Their "sales" are a joke. I have seen some of the same fabrics on the site for more than a year and the price budged maybe a couple of dollars. They also sell tiny scraps of fabric, like a yard or two for steep prices. These little pieces of fabric are worth $5.

I deal in high-end fabrics and am always looking for a good deal. I found the iluvfabrix.com site while searching for Brunschwig & Fils patterns. Note my surprise when I came upon one of iluvfabrix.com Brunschwig & Fils offerings that I'd come across so many times in boxes of remnants that I knew it better than the back of my hand, yet there it was. Product #: Fab*******. [Quote] This is a stunning Brunschwig & Fils "To The Hunt" fabric, in evergreen tone on tone greens, reds, browns and beiges. Riders on horses chasing foxes. Extremely durable and can withstand an incredible amount of use and still look great. It has an 18 inch repeat... 3 yad min, has a 2 week delivery. NO SAMPLES AVAILABLE. PLEASE NOTE: The mill is weaving 66-70 yards right now which would be a 2-4 week delivery. They will weave more if required. This will be the last run of this fabric.

WHAT? That's not a Brunschwig & Fils print, it's a P/Kaufman print called Camden Hunt. I counted the dogs heads, looked at the color of the horses, and paid special attention to what the riders were doing, anything that would prove me wrong. There was no difference. Looking over the iluvfabrix.com advertisement once more, it caught my eye, the main title "BRUNSCHWIG & FILS - Brunschwig & Fils "STYLE" Fox Hunt, Riders on Horses & Dogs Giving Chase, in Evergreen Shades for Upholstery & Drapery". There is was, Brunschwig & Fils "style". So the print really wasn't Brunschwig & Fils, but it was in the "style" of Brunschwig & Fils and you could order all the Brunschwig & Fils "style" hunt scene fabric that you want for $64.00 per yard. http://www.iluvfabrix.com/products/brunschwig/9500/7/

I don't think so, I'll stick with the P/Kaufman "style" and pay $15.95 per yard and I won't be purchasing anything from iluvfabrix.com because I like original fabrics, not a pattern that's in the "style" of another and purposely misleading in it's advertisement. How many people purchased P/Kaufman fabric from iluvfabrix.com thinking they were getting an original Brunschwig & Fils fabric?

The owner's actions are dishonest and fraudulent. Stay Away!

Worst customer service, ever. I was told the fabric would take 2 weeks to arrive at my door. 3 weeks pass and I call for an update... got the run around. Another week passes and I follow up again, we're now 4 weeks from the date I ordered, told it was already shipped. Never got a confirmation that it went out. Whatever. Fabric arrived and the color was completely different from the fabric sample I ordered. Not just a little different, but A LOT different. I was told they would check the mill and have another roll sent out. Some how, this roll made it to me in under 2 weeks. It arrived with scratches and gouges in the fabric that wouldn't come out. And to add insult to injury, it still wasn't the same color as the sample they sent me. Getting a return form took an act of congress.

I will never, ever order from this company again and I will certainly be sure to tell others not to order from them either. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

It can be so disheartening to fall in love with a fabric in a shelter magazine, track it down and discover that there is absolutely no way you could possibly justify spending such money per yard on it. I have ordered from Michelle and her team a couple of times (none recently) but today decided to try and track down a fabulous Clarence House fabric using their LiveChat function. First, it really is someone sitting near Michelle, second when I sent the link to the fabric the response wasn't a scripted one but an honest "wow" and then my chat contact reached out to Michelle immediately to asked about it! Further, while I was on the chat Michelle called Clarence House! EXTRA-ordinary customer service even if I don't score the fabric for my period Bergere! LOVE THESE FOLKS!
