This site and the woman behind it Rochelle is a disgrace and the most unprofessional person running a so-called internet dating service I have ever come across! Firstly the site is quite obviously FULL OF FAKE MALE PROFILES of which there are very few male members anyway! I believe some of the female profiles are probably also fake! The saddest part is I emailed this Rochelle who seems to run this site on her own and told her I thought a lot of profiles were fake as none of my sent messages were even being opened after supposed male members initially contacted me so I was replying to them and she was not only rude and insulting in her replies but her attitude was SO defensive it was obviously an indication of guilt and shame on her part as the so-called CEO of a site FULL OF FAKE PROFILES! It doesn't surprise me to read in all the other reviews here as to the fact she is fraudulently collecting money from ex member's Paypal accounts so whatever you do, DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS DATING SITE! This woman Rochelle who runs the site even resorts to replying to messages you may question that are unopened in your sent messages to give the impression a male member is replying at last when it was obvious from the 2 replies I received that it was HER sending the messages pretending to be the male members, how sad for her she obviously has nothing better to do with her time than sit behind this SHAM OF A DATING SITE sending out messages herself to genuine female members pretending she's one of the many male members she must have put up profile for herself in the first place as they are clearly mostly all FAKE MEMBERS!

I tried it for a few months, very few interesting connections - so BEFORE my subscription date - I hunted for the Cancel or Remove Profile links or buttons - and they were nowhere to be found! Imagine that. So finally, I wrote to Admin via Contact Us, notifying them days before my subscription expired. Well, low and behold - they charged my PayPal days later anyway and then told me it was MY fault because I needed to cancel the PayPal charge also, not just cancel my subscription or remove my profile on their site. LAME! It seems to me that canceling prior to renewal should be sufficient and they didn´t even make that easy. I wrote and asked for a refund and the customer service rep was rude and unhelpful - it is funny how a website created to foster relationships doesn´t know that the value of good feelings after a relationship ends is key. I would not recommend this site. Poor form!

I cancelled my account via Paypal and ILYA still charged me! After sending 3 polite emails to the ILYA admin, he/she responded saying since I was charged; it was obvious I was lying and I didn't cancel my account. When I forwarded the Paypal confirmation showing my account had been cancelled and the last payment authorized was 3 months ago, they accused me of "altering" the text. He/she finished off the last email by telling me to "keep it real". Unbelievable!

Wow. This site is seriously awful! The admin of this site is seriously unprofessional! This site cancelled by subscription at my request but then continued to charge me and denied all responsibility. They conveniently miss out in the cancellation process that you must cancel the paypal payment yourself. They're out to steal your money! Rochelle Peachey needs to learn some customer service skills and is a very bitter, unprofessional CEO. No people skills, which is the one thing a CEO needs! Doesn't she realise who pays her wage at the end of the day? Seems like a few others have had the same experience. We need to make a noise about this and stop this con artist right now! The service I paid for wasn't fufilled as the website is way below the standard of its competitors. Like the people below me, I cancelled within days. I am now out of pocket for money for a service I cancelled months ago! Wow. Like others have said. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON!

This site is the most unprofessional site I have ever come across. The service they offer in terms of their product has to be the most inferior, old fashioned system I have ever seen. I cancelled my subscription within days (though didn't ask for a refund) when cancelling my account, the admin were EXTREMELY rude. I was told that my account was deleted and finished with (eventually).

However, a month later, I received an email from paypal saying that $20.00 had been removed from my account. I queried it to find that it was I Love Your Accent who had set up a subscription on my Paypal account when I first signed up. I contacted I love your accent and they said that it wasn't their responsibility to cancel my subscription and that there was nothing they could do about it. AT NO POINT was I told by them during the cancellation process that I had to personally cancel the subscription with Paypal. Unable to resolve directly, I launched a dispute with Paypal. The admin from ILYA were SO rude and said words to the effect of "let us save you the bother of taking this further, Paypal refunds don't cover our service so good luck with that, so we've escalated the claim for you. Let's let Paypal run with this one!". If this company continues to run in this childish, unprofessional manner then I can NOT wait to see it run down to the ground! I'll be having the last laugh then ;). Rochelle Peachey is a failure of a business woman and has absolutely zero customer service or people skills.

My advice for this website. STAY AWAY!

The Admin is rude and unprofessional and refused to do a prorated refund when I discovered that this was more of a place for people to video chat in a manner that I am not comfortable with since only interested in friendship. Very disappointed.

Not very professional. I do not recommend this site to anyone. Save your time, money and the hassle. This "Admin" is not going to win any PR awards.

Madam, you profile has been deleted as you decided to remove any and all information. Should you wish to rejoin with a picture and a profile, we will be more than happy to adjust your membership to that new profile. We do not refund peoples money because it's not what they expected. Where else can you do this? We will not be communicating further on this matter.

Please cancel my membership. I cannot find how to do it on the site. I paid $50.00 for 6 months and this site is not what I expected I would like a full refund or a prorated refund. I do not want to pay for the full 6 months and I do not want to renew. Please let me know how I can get this taken care of.
