I Love Kickboxing in Winchester, VA is a fantastic studio! From my very first day, I was welcomed by everybody and I instantly fell in love with Kickboxing. The studio is clean, the instructors are BEYOND amazing, and I had the most fun working out EVER.

I feel so strong and awesome and I know I'm getting a great workout but it feels like having fun. It's intense and you will see results, and to work out with such an awesome group is great motivation.

Everybody in the class is so supportive and encouraging and the instructors are really incredible and helpful. They make sure you get the form right and go at the pace that's best for you.:)

The whole experience was invigorating! It was hands down the best and most fun workout I've ever done. The instructors really went above and beyond to help make this a great class - awesome music, great pacing, reminders to breathe, and they gave me lots of helpful pointers.

Deciding to give I Love Kickboxing a shot was the best decision Ive made in a while!

I love ILKB! Every workout is different! They really challenge you to give your all and burn as much as you can in your workout! I never sweat or burn as much calories as I do with ilkb! I enjoy every class! I actually had my family and friends try it out! They love it as well! Your body will eventually start looking for the workout! It's the best feeling each time! I feel more toned and energized since I've started! I love all of the instructors here except maybe for one. This instructor nitpicks on every little thing I do since I became a member here. Each class I have with this instructor, there's always something to be said or noticed. And I'm not even talking about the proper form because of course that's part of their job. This instructor just makes me feel uncomfortable or messes up my mood most of the time when they're teaching. There's so much more to be said but, that's that! I come to get my workout done and go on with my day. To the rest of the ILKB CP instructors, you guys are awesome!

ILoveKickboxing in Methuen, MA has changed my life. I joined to increase my strength, flexibility and endurance as I want to keep up with my grandchildren and be around them for a long time as they grow up. I have already lost ten pounds and made gains in all the areas in which I am interested. The staff are incredible motivating, talented, fun and fierce in their dedication. I look forward to the workouts and the schedule is extremely flexible meets all my needs! The love and support are quite amazing all the instructors know all of us by name and their encouragement is infectious. Must keep at it! - David Hastings

For me to get committed to working out it's really hard. Since I started going to ILKB Kennesaw, I not only workout but also enjoy so much the routines, the people, the music and makes me have energy and a great attitude the rest of the day!

It's 75% women and everyone there is always so friendly! Their events and motivation are unique! And also they have a nutrition guide that helps with those fitness goals we have.
Totally recommended for any person no matter age... anyone can do it! Anyone! I feel everyone should try this workout at any point in their life.

Ilovekickboxing is the biggest scam franchise I have ever encountered. I've been trying for more than 2 weeks to cancel my membership and it has been a nightmare. After failed attempts of reaching out to HQ by phone or email, it wasn't until I left a nasty voicemail that they finally responded "At this time the only exception we will make is a permanent disability or a move of 25 miles from the gym". No where on their contract does it state that. I've read reviews from other members stating even after showing proof are denied or are hit with a fee of $400.00. I have had several gym members and I have NEVER had to go through so much bull$#*!.

I love kickboxing somerset is hands down the best place around! I've just never had the motivation I needed to steadily work out but that all changed quickly and I mean it! From the day I signed up to the day of my first class the motivation I received was amazing. They are always posting in our Facebook group giving us support. I was always afraid to work out because I was worried people would judge me if I'm doing something wrong rather than helping me and teaching me. Well at I love kickboxing somerset the instructors come around and watch you to make sure you are doing the workout correctly and if not they take the time to teach you. I'm actually excited to work out now because I know I have such a great support system when I go!
