I absolutely fell in love with Oldbridge Ilovekickboxing.com during my very first class. I signed up for the special online and figured, why not give it a try? I have always been active but usually preferred Spin or Bootcamp classes in the past. Although, as of recent, I couldnt find a gym where I felt motivated and excited about taking a class. I had literally done a trial at every gym in the area, but nothing was entertaining or keeping my interested. I am so happy I found this gym! Every afternoon I am excited to attend class and hit the bag. The instructors are motivating and the workouts are challenging. The instructors hold you accountable and show you individual attention in each and every class. Every day I feel I am getting stronger and stronger. It seriously feels like a family! I was the type who made excuses to not go to the gym. I came accross ilovekickboxing and i gave it a try! (I have no experience in kickboxing) My first class, staff was so friendly and welcoming! Even though i cant do half the stuff everyone is doing, I fell in love! But i know eventually ill get to do everything, meet my goals and become fit! #babysteps. Ilovekickboxing watchung has helped my fitness journey completely from the warm up the bag rounds and the partner rounds and the partner conditioning it has helped increase my endurance and stamina. Doesnt matter what fitness level you are at the staff are motivating you every step of the way to reach your goals. ILoveKickboxing is an amazing PLACE! I recently graduated from college and was a competitive athlete my entire life. I was extremely worried that my athletic career was over, my health was headed downhill and that my network of friends was decreasing as they were moving on to new adventures after college... The moment I walked in, all my worries VANISHED! I was getting support from not only the AMAZING coaches but also the tribe (members at the gym). I was able to learn about my fitness, develop realistic goals and be continuously pushed to the next level. Attending the gym 3-5 times a week is EASY at ILKB Apple Valley!

Ilovekickboxing is an intense workout, and I enjoyed every second of it. I am amazed at ilovekickboxing alignment. First, the facility is clean and organize. Then, the instructors are very motivated to help their customer to reach their goals. Every class they bring in a positive attitude to encourage ourselves to finish strong in every phase of the workout. It is inspiring how much time they put in and their knowledge that willing to share. As a result, the members are continually pushing their selves to reach their goals. Every time I step in the facilities, I can feel the energetic atmosphere. To sum up, I recommend being a part of the ilovekickboxing community.

Love this place! I have been a member for a little over a week and Im extremely satisfied! The instructors are all very friendly and welcoming, they also push you to make sure that you are pushing past your limits to continue challenging yourself for the best results. I joined after my first day because I had such a great workout. The facility is extremely clean, and it is an overall great environment to workout in! I have already started making progress towards my goal and look forward to continuing my journey with ILKB!

I am really thankful I found iLoveKickboxing. This is the first exercise Ive found that I really enjoy doing! I dont feel judged for being fat like I do when I go to the gym; all the instructors and members are so awesome, supportive, and motivating. The staff is even willing to help with things beyond the studio like eating healthy and out of town workout plans. Ive been going consistently for about 3-4 months and Ive lost around 30 lbs. I highly recommend iLoveKickboxing!

My mom constantly tried get me to signup for ILoveKickboxing- Silverdale and after weeks of saying no I finally gave in. I signed up for the black friday web special and became a member after the first class. I finally saw what she had been bragging to me about. ILoveKickboxing - Silverdale has some of the best instructors who constantly push you during your workout. The high energy in the gym is amazing and makes every workout so much fun. The positive environment is what makes me look forward to attending class. I highly recommend this gym to anyone!
