I joined this week and I already feel like part of the family. You arent thrown to the wolves, its a great workout where a partner and someone encouraging you is just a couple feet away. Great music and i leave feeling so accomplished! Not to mention one of the cleanist gym's ive been in. The bathroom is so stocked with any product you forgot to put in your gym bag, Amazing place thats putting me on my way to my goals! OH YEAAAA
This really is the place to get your workout on and listen to great music. The instructors know you by name and really encourage you and push you. The classes are always a bit different, so you never get complacent. I've been needing a gym like this for a long time! Better late than never! :)
I love ilovekickboxing! Ive never been a gym person or very active for that matter, but the classes at ilovekickboxing keep me coming back. The classes are designed so you dont get bored and the workouts are absolutely amazing! Ive been going for two and a half months and I already am seeing results! The instructors truly are the best around and filled with so much energy!
I have never had so much fun working out in a Gym before! I love coming to class and miss it when I can't make a class one day! The workout is amazing and you never feel like you haven't had a great workout because every single instructor is there to push you and encourage you every step of the way! Thanks I Love Kickboxing! All The instructors and members are so friendly it is like we are one big family!
I have been a me never of ILKB Tigard for about 6 months and LOVE it! I get such a great workout every time and am constantly seeing results, physically and mentally. I have gained so much confidence while building muscle and endurance. The coaches constantly push me to work harder and celebrate all the accomplishments I've had. It's more than a gym, it's a family and I'm so honored to be a part of it!
My first class was this past Monday October 31st, 2016. As with many things, I was nervous as I did not know what to expect. From the minute I stepped into the door I was greeted from such a welcoming team. I was motivated and pushed to do my very best. It was such an amazing experience to be in that group exercise dynamic - and it helps that I felt like such a bad $#*! with the awesome techniques that are used in this workout. I am now thrilled to be apart of the family and I can't wait to get to my next class!
I Loving Kickboxing Parker Colorado is amazing. The staffs are wonderful and the routine is challenging no matter what fitness level you are at. What's great is that the class is designed for everyoneno matter what fitness level you are.

I LOVE ILKB! When I know I am going to a class, my day becomes so much easier. The instructors are amazing, they are so helpful and are always willing to go the extra mile. I have a blast in class, and enjoy all the tough work outs! Everyone is so friendly, and it makes working out so much fun!
This is THE best thing I EVER could have done for myself. Joined gyms over the years & never went. I look forward to going to kickboxing & seeing the peeps I've been training with & see how far I've come! The trainers are especially awesome & kick our butts every class! Henderson Kickboxing Rocks!
All I can say is "I'm hooked". I have never enjoyed a workout as much as I do at ILKB. I love the instructors, the place classes are held at. Always clean and fresh... I tell you. I see the difference in my body and strength. Don't get left behind...
My daughter and I absolutely, positively love I Love Kickboxing! The instructors go above and beyond to ensure we get the best workout every time and keep us motivated! Now that I am a member, I could not imagine my life without being able to release energy and stress on the bags! Wonderful way to get and stay fit!

By far the best Fitness group that I have ever been a part of! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a genuine smile and was treated with sincerity. I have been a member for 2 ½ months and have lost 10 lbs and 3 inches. I took two weeks off recently due to travel for work and was called and emailed by the staff asking if I was ok or needed help, that was so impressive as I have never been contacted by a fitness center to inquire if I was ok when I didnt show up. That shows dedication and sincere concern for their members. Great job Heather, you have an amazing group of people working with you; Julia, Sam, Christie, Caina, Michelle are amazing instructors and it shows in every class that I take. ILKB Smashville has changed my entire outlook on physical fitness, member for life!

ILoveKickboxing in Lakewood, CO. Is an awesome workout! The trainers are fantastic and always willing to help! It's a GREAT full body workout, worth checking out!
I love kickboxing oldsmar is an awesome place to meet new people. Tone and burn 750-900 calories in 1 hr. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Tones and build muscles before you know it. I have tried all kicks of gyms and workout places this one is #1 Angie Howe
