Can't ever cancel!

I foolishly ordered the 14 day trial and didn't like the product. I followed instructions and emailed a request for a return label. Every time, and I mean every time, they sent me the link to the label, it did not work. I complained to no avail... they are like bots. I gave up and sent an email cancelling all future orders, but paid for the initial product. They've ignored the cancellation, so I'm blocking ALL charges to my credit card. Do not do business with this company.
