Terrible service from IKEA. I placed my order on November 21st, with delivery of the bed and other furniture scheduled for December 4th, split into two separate deliveries (? Why?). After waiting around for half a day, the driver called to say he'd broken down the van — the other delivery arrived normally.

The delivery was RESCHEDULED for December 23rd, with furniture assembly set for December 27th, but they told us not to worry: "just call IKEA and the delivery will DEFINITELY be brought forward."
I called IKEA the same day, but they told me it was too early and to call the next day. Since then I've called IKEA every single day, always getting the same answer: call again tomorrow. Hours spent on hold, being strung along day after day.

μετά απο τηλέφωνα, μυνήματα κλπ, με ενημέρωσαν οτι το ποσό εχει επιστραφεί...κάτι που φυσικά και
ΔΕΝ ΙΣΧΥΕΙ!
Απίστευτοι?

I live in Jerusalem, Israel, and own a glass food container with a plastic cover made by IKEA. Two weeks ago one of the flaps attaching the cover to the glass broke. IKEA Israel initially refused to replace the cover without my coming into their store. They have no store in Jerusalem. Their nearest store is at least an hour away by car and two hours by public transportation. I asked them again to send me the cover. They finally relented and promise to send me the cover, but since them several more days have passed without my hearing from them. When I complained to IKEA's CEO, Jesper BRODIN, he sent me cheerful automated messages saying "Hej!" and promising that he and his team would get right on it, but they never did. My appeals to IKEA' chairman, Lars-Johan JARNHEIMER have not even elicited any reply. IKEA Israel continued to drag its feet and to give me bureaucratic answers, without anyone calling me or sending me the promised cover. They finally sent me a much smaller cover, and have opened a new case number for me but have not sent me the right cover and have not called me. It has now been TWO WEEKS now and no cover. IKEA's chiefs do not care.

On 07/11/2020 ESHOP IKEA of GREECE double charged my credit card with the amount of 336.83 €.
From 07/11 until today 21/12/20 i spoke with customer service and nothing done yet or have i got any information about this case.

I ordered online. Delivery date was communicated. By email and text message. All that came, no delivery.
On the website if the transportation company was mentioned that it was delivered.
I do understand technical issues. I do NOT understand no communication.
