My company has only been utilizing iHire for approximately a month. We have already made one hire and have another pending. This tool is well worth the price we paid. I love that it's targeted recruiting, and industry specific. I can search for exactly what I need. I couldn't be happier!

There were many qualified candidates on their database. Unfortunately, I didn't find my hire on the site but the decision was made between an iHire candidate. I like the scores that they give you about the prospect and the way the platform is set up.

In the meantime, we suggest reaching out directly to the employer if they've provided an email address or phone number, or if they've contacted you through our platform (you'll be able to reply to their messages).
IHire has definitely given us a boost in applicant traffic for the positions we've posted, but the quality of the applicants hasn't been as great as we were hoping for. However, we just started using the platform and are hopeful this will change over time.

Although we found a candidate to hire for this position, the cost was high and the pool of candidates limited. Too many extra costs associated with reviewing available resumes making the cost of this service high for a small, struggling company.

When I signed up for iHire, I was under the impression there would be more applicants that Indeed. I have not found that to be the case. There are several that I have reached out to that are not even looking for a position currently. I feel like it is not as easy to use as I thought it would be and a lot of work for people who are not even looking for employment.

It's all jobs that are work away from home instead of the work from home jobs I asked for

When you search for a job through your candidate dashboard, go to the "Refine Results" widget on the left-hand side of the search results page. Scroll to the bottom, select "Other," and then select the "Work From Home" option to display only remote jobs. You may also look out for jobs with the blue "Remote Work" tag during your search. Hundreds of sites hard to keep separated! Don't look for a job!

The web page link leads to a page with jobs with no link to the job site, so that you can apply to them. Instead it tries to sell you on their resume writing skills for you to try at a cost to you.

Hi there,
I gave iHire a try since I was told that you have a vast pool of clinicians that you target. I am recruiting for licensed clinical social workers and physicians. If you look at the first several candidates I received, they not even in the health field! I recommend that your systems gets deal breaker prescreening questions so employers can only received qualified people at least based on their answers. I did hire a much needed therapist in WDC so I was please that the result I needed in WDC happened. It felt lucky however given the rest of the applicant pool who were not even therapists. My feelings are mixed about the reliability of the results your search service can produce. Amanda has been amazing however and really helped me get my ads and company page set up so at least I knew I was doing the best I could on my end.
