I never signed up with this site but got charged $78.00 & than BOA Charged me a INT"L Fee afterwards & they don't have a customers service number to directly get in contact with if that doesnt scream scam idk what does they showed up on my card history but "they can't find me in their records" as i was looking at the history on my laptop and they wanted to know my card info and wanted a screenshot of my bill history im currently trying to get a hold of my bank to dispute the charge and block them and report the sites activity

Stay far far far far far far away from this site. I have purchased 3 accounts from them for Overwach and within a year all three accounts have been hacked and whoever the original owner was took it back over. IGVault provides no help or resolution for this whatsoever. They only have a 7 day guarantee. People are literally selling their accounts on here and then getting them back after a certain amount of time. This is a SCAM. Stay away! Wasted $50 on this.

This website is a scam nobody should buy from it I bought fifa coins from them and got banned not once but twice from two different accounts so I emailed EA and they told me that a third party app was being used to access my account there method of transferring coins is not safe it's quick and effective for them but inconvenient for the customer stay away at all costs unless you want to risk your account getting banned and losing all your money

I have recently bought two accounts for this website. They both worked fine for exactly two weeks. I changed the passwords and email address just as the support told me to do. After the two weeks in which the support helps you, both my accounts got hacked. The emails and passwords were changed. When I went to the online support they take ages to answer even though it says that you are talking to a real person. The answers have many spelling mistakes and often wrong grammar. The worst thing is that in both cases they were unable to tell me what to do or help me with anything. They just said "We are sorry but can't help". So if you want to buy an account do not go on this website since you will probably get scammed and the support will not help you. The only thing that they will do is talk over the same thing over and over again and in the end you just lose your time and money. Horrible!

Bought a blizzard account, changed email, password and secret question. After a week someone claims back the account. Unable to login since. Reached out to IGVault support, their are not issuing a refund or a remplacement.

Their claiming that there is no evidence that the original owner took back the account. I personnally don't care who stole the account from me. I paid 25 euro and only got to use it for 6 days.

So basically it's a scam, they are selling accounts but have no way to garantuee that the owner won't claim it back. I don't even know how he did considering the fact that I changed all the personnal information.

Bottom line is, avoid this website. I got scammed, lost 25 euro. Don't do the same mistake.
