Super grateful for this program! At the end of my pregnancy I was unable to really do much, so with ifit I was able to use my exercise bike and do leisure rides. I wasn't able to walk. I had to move but was limited. This allowed me to move.
Now I am not pregnant. I am able to walk run hike, etc. I use the treadmill programs most at the moment. It is integrated into my equipment and automatically adjusts my speed and incline based on the videos. So say I set my comfortable pace at a 3, and then trainer does small bursts of speed it will automatically speed up by. 3 or however much, then it'll automatically slow back down to my pace. Or you can just let it pick the pace and go with it.
The options are amazing. Not to mention thw locations! One training is a psychologist and her program is about meditation and distressing.

I have really been enjoying the variety of workouts available with iFit. I was spending a lot of time searching for workout videos on Youtube before and always skipped around, trying to find a better one. The trainers on the iFit keep me motivated, I am always finding new workouts that I love. I look forward to trying more of the various workouts. I've been wanting ProForm equipment for a while since using it at my gym. I went with an elliptical. I love the iFIT workouts. There are so many available and I can even filter to the type of scenery I want. The trainers are all very motivational and make me feel like I'm right there. The variety makes it super fun and never boring. I also really enjoy the Ted talks. This is keeping me motivated during this pandemic. I received equipment at a reduced cost for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I really love all of the different workouts provided. IFit provides great variety in workouts and the workouts help you progress in your fitness journey. As a beginner to fitness workouts it is very helpful to have the interactive workouts so I don't get bored and want to quit.

I am highly impressed with this company. I received a norditrack bike with iFit membership on it at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest review. I love all the different programs the iFit offers along with the trainers on there as well. The trainers are so encouraging and really keep you motivated. Also there are so many different programs I always have something different to choose. The company is also very helpful and quick about answering any questions I have had about the programs.

I've used home exercise equipment and it got the job done, but I didn't expect iFit to make such a difference. Personalized workouts with friendly trainers and awesome scenery has made me really want to work out. Since Covid, we've stayed home a lot. I've missed getting out. I finally decided to get a NordicTrack treadmill and attempt to get back in shape. I may not get to travel, but iFit lets me see and hear about new places as I walk with the trainers on the trails. I exercised some because I needed to before I had iFit, but I definitely didn't love it. I look forward to my walk now, seeing somewhere new. It's nice that it learns my preferences and adjusts my workouts to be challenging but manageable for me. It's also nice to have the app so I can continue my workouts when I can't use my equipment. I really like this treadmill. It was easy to put together. It came very nicely packed in a really big box. It took no time to put together it was very very easy to put together. I really think it's very well-built I really like to run on this thing it doesn't hurt my body like most treadmills do I really am very happy with my purchase.

While setting up my treadmill I needed to call customer service for some help with updating the software. They were very helpful and I was pleased with the level of care they gave me. They listened to what was happening, got all the details they needed, and was able to provide a solution within about 5 minutes. They walked me through what I needed to do and made sure that I was happy before I got off the phone. I've never had a more helpful call. Once I was all set up I was really blown away by the level of choices through iFit. I can choose from so many workouts and the few that I've done so far all are very fun and motivating. IFit has become a necessary tool in my home! It is so convenient and easy to use, my whole family is on board and working out to maintain health while covid ravishes our lives. I like the multiple workout options as it gives everyone in the house something to use. The iFit trainers are motivational and encouraging. Being able to have such great quality workouts at home is wonderful especially at this time with Covid. It really does have an appeal to all ages. My kids use the back, as well my husband and myself. I like that we can do yoga as well as cycling. It becomes a universal equipment rather than just for one singular use.

You will not get bored with iFit. There are so many choices! There are classes for beginners, experts and everyone in-between. I love trying out the different instructors. Many machines have bluetooth pairing so the instructors are able to auto change your resistance and speed. No slacking here, ha! I love everything about iFit. I highly recommend the membership.

After COVID hit, I think we all learned that having some fitness app that can be used within the house is always a fantastic idea.

This company is amazing, the ifit programs are excellent. Working out at home I give up easily because I have no one to push me, the trainers talk throughout the whole thing and they say keep going which is great because I feel like I always want to give up. Customer service is great as well, I am not tech savvy and couldn't figure out how to do things and they helped me without any issues. Everything has been great!
