I now love iFit. Honestly, I now can't imagine using a treadmill or stationary bike without iFit. Why do we (as humans) buy treadmills just to gather dust in our basements? Because they are so insanely boring to run on! I admit, we had a treadmill that did this, even though we used it off and on. Now that we have an iFit equipped treadmill it is actually a fun part of the day to go on a run. You just follow a series or program with a fun trainer that adjusts all the settings for you as you go and you get to see some beautiful sights around the world. You don't have to do a bunch of research to figure out what workout program is right for you, instead, you just jump on and do the next run in the series. I love it, and would definitely recommend.

My bike is the iFit Proform 300ci. It arrived quickly and was super easy to set up. It is really comfortable to ride and has a great display. The quality is amazing for such a low price. I am super excited to use this bike on weight loss journey. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone!

The Pro-Form CX spin bike is a multi faceted machine that can help with your exercise needs. IFIT program allows and encourages workout variety. Different levels and style of workouts keep you involved and motivated. Only problem was connecting initially with Bluetooth on bike. Company very helpful with resolving this issue. Love the flexibility this iFIT program provides to the average user. I got this iFIT on a treadmill and love it. It motivates me to workout virtually with trainers and in areas around the world. Just received my treadmill a few weeks ago, and let me tell you I've not been disappointed. It's so easy to use! IFIT has so many fun exercises to do! I can do a single workout or a series.
