Idigic disappointed me! I read lots of positive comments, but! I used it and it was my biggest mistake( I lost more than half followers in a few days!

I bought the premium followers package. The payment was quick and easy and that's about all the positive I can say.

As the "followers" started to appear, I immediately contacted the support chat with a complaint that all the followers I received were from the wrong cultural background, wrong geographical background and wrong account type. I was ignored by the support. I asked to remove the "followers" and refund. No response.

Also, the "premium" accounts were mostly zero or few post accounts, though "premium" description stated that the accounts would look active.

The followers I received were not credible and the only way they are useful is as the total number of followers. If someone would check my followers, they would immediately notice these are fake accounts that are totally non-related to my nature/travel photography account and are from half around the world. My real followers are geographically "western", and are mostly of the same cultural background (European) as I.

I do not recommend this service unless your account is the more self-displaying type and you are located somewhere in middle and southeast Asia or in Africa and use followers to self-promote more than promote your talent.

I only wish I had bumped into sitejabber before purchasing.

I purchased Instagram followers from this company and spent more than $100 on it, yes they delivered immediately as they promised BUT within weeks after that, they took away my followers, my followers dropped to 100 every single day until all the number followers I purchased from them completely gone, and paid for nothing! I emailed them coupled of time and they still got no shame to say it is not their fault and I lost hundred of dollars from it, please stay away, don't be the next victim!

Horrible customer service. Thieves maybe I should start my own website and scam like them

For starts we ordered service the day after Christmas. Our order was for 1,000 IG Followers. They were quick to take our money but then the next day sent an email saying that because of the holidays, they were short staffed and orders couldn't not be filed on a timely basis. If they knew they were short staffed for the holidays. Then they should have said so before-hand. The few followers that they did send were 100% fake, not fake looking but 100% fake. Some of them even said Fake account in the user name. Need less to say, they are certain to give us a hard time getting a refund but until we do we will continue to post reviews and contact everyone we know to spread the word as well. Not sure how this company is still in business.?
