I should have checked reviews for ideal Image before giving them $1700 for a service I have not received and seems I should be glad I didn't get blotched like others...be aware of the NO REFUND POLICY.

Disappointment after disappointment. First, they deceived me during the Skype appointment. I purchased a package, with a lifetime guarantee option (which I paid extra for). The representative said that purchasing a "lifetime guaranty" will give me access to free touch appointments if the hair comes back. I was sold on the promise that buying a package will give me access to the services till my hair is gone. Turned out I only had a year, and they never had available appointments. I was scheduled for my second appointment 3,5 months after my first one. With that scheduling, I would only get 4-5 appointments done by the end of my year. I was able to get 9 appointments, but it was not easy. Then I learned that my "lifetime guaranty" means that I get a discount for the touch-up appointments. So I would end up paying $75 per appointment. But now the price went up to $150, with my "lifetime guaranty" discount. Ideal Image is such a scam. I know that it is not the employees' fault, and there is no point in fighting with any of them, they are just doing their job. But, the company is setting them up to deal with angry customers. I am understanding and nice, and I was able to keep my cool while speaking to the front desk, but I cannot imagine how other people would react. Find a different provider for your treatments, if you can. At least you will know what to expect.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. They are very attentive to your concerns. Very accommodating in scheduling appointment.

I contracted an expensive coolsculpting service because it promised good results, which would be seen after three months. The results were very poor, I filed a claim, asked for a follow up appointment to prove it and they never answered me again, neither by phone nor by mail and the worst thing is that they keep charging me for the financing. It is a complete scam.

Went to ideal image to get Botox when getting the free consultation it looked like a good deal but was over charged although I went to get the work done got botox for forehead wrinkles and lip injections they made me look so funny me and family thought they did a horrible job eyebrows uneven and lips extremely uneven also and it costed close to 1300 didn't go back for anything a year goes by and I noticed they charged me another $299 I called them and they said it's a annual charge I wasn't aware of so I called to cancel and get my money back they cancelled my membership but they said to in order to talk to the department that would give me a return on my money they did not answer I stayed on the phone for 45 minutes figured they were not planning on answering so I disputed it with my bank so Bank gave me back my money it's all about gave them back their money A month later stating I had sign for a membership but I haven't got any work done for a year they said as long as I didn't get anything for a year they would give me my money back and I didn't but they still never give me back my money and said that they won't until they won't charge me next year if I don't get anything for a year so even though my situation falls in the category that I could get my money back they still never gave it back to me so be careful they are a fraudulent company and very rude customer service

Ok everyone aside from Jackie this was a complete waste of 6k. Only thing that worked for me was my Dr my RX and my diet change. Went through the aggravation of this process for nothing. Not to mention couldn't do the freebie because of cancer over 25 years ago. Was offered another freebie and was told it doesn't work unless I did more than one free session. Complete waste of time and money and lots of money!

I gave Ideal Image my money, that I had saved for a year to have a couple of services on my birthday for myself as a gift. I pay for fillers on my cheeks. When I saw no results, I went back, and they told me "they must not have taken "… Meaning, it is not their fault, that my skin or cheeks would not take the fillers and there was nothing they can do about it they would NOT make it right. They simply said sorry, but there is nothing they can do. I also had botox. The results were weak, and lasted about 60 days, and that was at the very most. I will never go back there again. I asked to speak with corporate. I spoke with the store manager never heard from corporate. They said they would get back with me, the woman at the Ideal in Zona Rosa, Kansas City, told me she can tell them my concerns, but "I can promise you they're not gonna be able to do anything about it."… I was in tears, and begged them to please help me that I could not afford to throw all that money away, that I saved up for, and worked so hard, for I would recommend, considering any other place for cosmetic procedures than ideal image, they truly are scammers and they do not care at all. They will talk to you into anything just to make a sale. Also, myself, and other women have noticed that is very obvious, that the employees are saving part of syringes that are purchased by clients, and used, for their personal use, either for themselves, or for their friends or for profit. They have a very bad reputation among a lot of people at this point extremely disappointed I would never recommend this place to anyone not this location not the Westport location and I'm assuming, they're the same, at all of their locations, and highly overpriced. And after being locked into a membership they changed the price of their Botox injections in the middle of the membership agreement, without notification, which is an extreme breach of contract and they had no explanation but "sorry" I cannot express how much I despise this place. And the grief that they have caused me personally.

I haven't even attended any of their facilities or confirmed an appointment hasn't even been 30 days. I called to cancel due to my further research on these procedures and seeing that not only do I have intense sensitive skin but also have a large laceration due to a partial hysterectomy that I had done. I tried to communicate, and the rep was scandalous, rude, and up right argumentative, very unprofessional. I truly don't understand how anyone can feel entitled to someone else's finances when that person has not even given any type of confirmation to proceed and or attended or step foot in their facility and that person legitimately has a good reason in to why they cannot continue with the procedure. They literally make you get out a loan take the money and when you try and cancel for good medical reasons they state in such an aggressive way that you cannot and will not get no refunds. PEOPLE PLEASE BECAREFUL WITH COSMETIC FACILITIES they are hungry for money and will ruin your credit just because they feel the need to not give back what they probably already spent being that it was your money in the first place and should be on hold until the patient is in full understanding on the first actual one on one in facility appointment. SCAMMERS ARE REAL and they literally are more in the cosmetic medical field. SAD that not even those in the medical field (cosmetic or medical) can no longer be trusted. I've heard and seen (yes personally) of a lot of bad reviews about this specific location and the south is even worse unfortunately. Just wish they actually cared about the patients not just the money especially knowing how hard it is right now economically. Wish these medical facilities that offer these procedures would be more understanding and more professional as they once was. As times have changed i wish the medical profession would have remained the same with accommodating to their patients so they wouldn't be so in need of money they have to scam people for and that's the God honest truth. All of this shows me and peers I've spoken to about these facilities that they are IN DESPERATE NEED OF MONEY to use money from a patient that has not even step foot and or seen by the staff or Dr. of this facility. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I paid for two session did zoom prior to pay was told my bra fat area would be treatable. Once get to appointment was told bra fat not treatable due to being unsafe area. Really wanted this area treated. Nurse talk me into just using other treatments for arms. Two days I decided I did not want to do this cause I was told my main area was treatable. Tried to get refund rep. Ben had me get another appointment said needed second opinion. Took off wrk go to another clinic same outcome. Customer service Kristy dedected 100.00 from my refund stated I cancelled appointment. I did cancel, area could not be treated. Would not allow to speak to supervisor. I paid over 2400.00 THE AREA TREATED, NO RESULTS! I followed dieting drank water by the gallons. Don't waste your money they don't like to give refunds. I will never go bck.

I responded to an ad for getting financed for cool sculpting and was approved for several areas. My first treatment was lower abs and it was extremely painful process and the result is a loose skin bib on my belly that was not present before. I canceled my appointments and asked to be refunded for the remaining treatments I will not be getting and Ideal Image said no they will not refund and offered a different service but refuse to refund the advance payment for services they will not be providing. This is a huge scam. Beware.

I was working with a consultant trying to determine if I wanted to have coolsculpting. I was looking to have some work on my thighs, bra fat removal, inner and outer thighs. When we got to the discussion regarding the bra fat removal, the consultant proceeds to tell me that does not believe that I could afford that portion of the treatment. I would not recommend Ideal Image to anyone.

I've had several experiences with Ideal Image. 1. BOTOX: zero effect. 2. Laser hair removal: zero effect; practitioner said it would not work for my hair color, she did not understand why they sold me the package, but we gave it a try. 3. BBL photofacial: zero effect. I mean zero.

I'm an experienced customer and know what to expect from these kinds of treatments and providers. This organization is little more than a sales scheme. Do not trust your body or your money to Ideal Image. It's a scam.

Believe the 1.3 rating of this place. Please please do not waste your money. They charge you a membership fee and basically you should just throw your money down a toilet because there is nothing special about it. Expensive services and the Botox they use does nothing absolutely nothing. Just stay a way. You will be like me very dissatisfied. Terrible company. Wish I could give this place a 0

Forced me to sign for membership and I'm not interested for the discounted service they offer for being member. All I need was Botox. The receptionist told me I wont get my money back for membership. Feel like it is a big scam.

During a hair removal laser treatment they've burned my right upper chic and resulted a dark spot size of a nickel. I was told that its ok it will go away in 6 months. After 1,5 year i contacted them and complained that its still there and they offered me some bbl wich wasnt free i agreed just to get rid of it, I paid and didnt see any result. Its over 2 years already i have a dark spot on my face which i cover every day with some make up. I dont even mention about failed hair removal treatment on my face wich was over $3,000.

It has been several weeks since contacting Ideal Image, Glen Allen and still no appointment. When I had appointments they were cancelled either by text or email. I have tried to cancel this predatory contract since I signed it. I have not had one service with them. They immediately took the loan amount that I got approved for without rendering any services. Even any creditable financial institution gives you at 5 days to cancel a loan if you no longer need it without penalty. I do have trust in a business that constantly cancel appointments. They wanted to bring me in for a free treatment, then once I start then the BS will start all over again of not being able to keep an appointment. I was going in for laser hair removal and I saw some of the reviews and pictures of other clients where that same facility burned a customers face and continued to ignore her concerns. In further reading through the reviews of this same facility, they should be forced to close their doors. I should have done my research and read reviews before reaching out to them. To further add insult to injury, someone named Craig called and got extremely nasty with me because I did not want to accept the $400 discount when I kept telling him I have not received any services and wanted out of this predatory contract. He told me I was being nasty and ungrateful and said he didn't have to offer me anything and he could just hang up on me. I asked for his supervisor, which he obliged. Ashley Sampson called, I missed the call and I called back and it went straight to an automated system I left a message and to date I have not heard anything. I am beyond baffled of how a company could take your money upfront and refuse to allow you to cancel. Now I have a loan out there that I am being forced to pay back to a company that has not even rendered services and now I can't speak to anyone. I have reached out to the financial company the I financed through to see if they could get 'their' money back. They are stealing from that financial institution under my name.

Worst customer service. Especially 1625 Chestnut St Unit 236, Philadelphia, PA *******, this branch they do not provide good service, they cancel appointments up on arrival and when we call and ask for reasoning the lady jus cut the call and hung up on me. I regret choosing this Facility. This is my experience. You better focus on training your front desk workforce who are like face of your Organization. With this bad exp I would never come back to you after paying 10 thousand out of my pocket and still get this service we just regret to the core for this kind of treatment. If not good service at least train your workers some front desk protocols on how to treat customers.

I started using cool sculpting and cool toning about 8 months ago. I thought it was odd that they do not measure your fat % by calibers or any other fat % testing tools. However, I figured I would trust them when they weighed me and took picture. I did one round of treatment and saw no results. They said it takes time to work. I did a second round and no results they said it takes time. After the second round I learned of a side effect that can occur called paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH) which hardens into an unnaturally shaped lump. They never told me about this during the sales pitch of course not. I have all the pictures throughout this process and my stomach fat did not change, the stomach fat actually got harder. I worked out during this process and put on muscle mass throughout my body, but the stomach did not change at all. I gained weight through muscle mass and this is how they denied my PAH, and I said its not a weight reduction process, but a fat reduction process. They also will not refund my money when there is no evidence of any fat reduction in my stomach area. I now know why they do not use fat % tools, because it allows them to use your weight and pictures as a subjective tool. This cost me $3,500 for no results.

I contacted Ideal image for a full face and neck Ultherapy. I am very busy so I have made an appointment to do all at one section. The first day I went there, I was told that my appointment was broken into 3 section because it is too much to do all in one section, the appointment s were half an hour, 2 hour and 2 hour. The first appointment was only 15 minutes and a few zap, she did not do for head, she said because of nerve, they do not do for head. The 2nd appointment took about 30 minutes and she did not do my upper lips and chin and she said this is not part of a full face package. The third appointment was less than half an hour and she only did both side of my neck (less than 1/3 of neck) when I question this, I was told because of Thyroid glance. I was so disappointed because I paid for a full face and neck and I end up with less than 1/3 of face and neck, also they have broke my appointment into three appointment, so I have to travel 3 hours for a less than an hour treatment. Also, the new nurse was working on my neck, I really feel like she did not know what she was doing doing. I am so disappointed about the whole process that I want to file a complain against this place.

There really needs to be a "no stars" option for reviews. The frustration that you WILL have is not worth the quality of service and level of service that you receive. I signed up for their lifetime membership. I'm out of 3,000.00. It will cost me more to file a lawsuit than the loss well so I'm just taking a loss.

Let's start at the beginning, I requested a consultation on their website and a sales person from a call center set up a video call between myself and a clinician. The sales person was nice and friendly but the clinician was cold and unwelcoming. After she told me about the service and pricing, I told her that I would have to think about it and get back with them. She said, this price is only good today and you have to commit now. Otherwise you end up paying full price which was in the tens of thousands of dollars. I fell in from the pressure and signed up.

On my first visit, I was told that I would have a different person serving me each Time. I did not like that. I requested that the person that serviced me that day be my same service person next time. I was told because of my request, I would have to wait a month until more days opened up on their schedule and they would "try" to get me with the same person. At my previous dermatologist's office, I could book appointments 6, 7, 8 months in advance! It's the same for my dentist, my doctor, and my cat's vet! So why do they only open 45 to 60 days at a time. It's almost IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment with Ideal Image! That's what led me to this review today.

I've called them 7 times today, Friday afternoon, and the phone just rings. I don't receive an answering service or voicemail or anything it just rings. I did not pay $3000 to hear a ringing phone. I sent an email to customer service and I haven't heard back from anyone. Maybe they're out of business? With service like this it would not surprise me.

The laser hair removal treatment I received was so-so. I've done laser hair removal at two other places and Ideal Image is okay but not my first or second choice. Of course at this point, I'm not recommending them at all. I'm just going to use up my appointments that I pay for, if I can get on the schedule, and I'm never looking back.

Ideal Image's pricing is 40-50+% less than what I am accustomed to paying. 16 treatments for $3000 is great. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I was having laser done at a dermatologist office prior to Ideal Image and I was paying $2500 for 5 treatments. I left them because it was too far of a drive from my home. What a mistake that was. I should've just made the drive.

I hope this review helps someone. I guess I'll get back on the phone and try to book an appointment……
