If I could give a zero rating... I would. I paid in full for brazillian and facial hair removal. After one treatment, I experienced what they called a "thermal reaction". Basically, I ended up with blisters and burns on my labia and anus. I contacted them about a refund. I spoke with 5 separate individuals and each time was told "someone" would get back to me and that it "was being looked into". Eventually they just stopped responding to my calls and emails. That is $3000. 00 I've lost. Not to mention my pain and time it took to try to resolve this matter. I've documented everything and so far it's 19 hours of my time trying to get a simple refund for a treatment that caused physical harm. I would advise anyone considering this service to proceed with extreme caution.

No Doctors or nurse follow up to answer questions when question who was doing procedure they replied nurse Dakota I requested last name so I could look up her Bio Rachel informed me it was against the Hippa act which is BS. First Caution... not knowing who doing a procedure to your body. Not explaining procedure and the pain level that might exist... Did my part told them I wanted to cancel said a contract was in place so I had no service completed I disputed with credit card company. A little over 5200. Dollars my present to my self after hubby passed away in August. Now I waiting on my credit card to resolve let cross our fingers gals. I keep you updated

I paid in full for services, and then had a financial hardship occur a week later. I requested a refund, but all I can get is a rep quoting their no refund policy. No empathy for the situation. I just want MY money back.

I paid for 2 area's back and upper arms and I am still as hairy as I was when I first started. A complete waist of money paid of $5000. 00 please don't waist your money on ideal image you will regret it.

Had a zoom video with Jane, Jane was very polite but the numbers didn't match up. Jane told me I would need 2 treatments, And she also told me a treatment was $ 790,00 ea, But she came up with a quote of over $ 3,400 dollars and I only wanted to lose 10 pounds, That would make the cost of one pound $340,00 per pound. I also see where you have to pay $ 250,00 dollars for there guarantee, I never seen a place that charges you for there guarantee before this!

I have been a client at Ideal Image since 2008. My first treatment was a brazillian. I was happy with my service and had no problems. In 2018 I decided to do my underarms and legs. I signed my contract Pre-covid and had a couple treatments before the pandemic began. At the time, I had started my treatments in Ohio. After the first treatment I moved to Florida and moved my services to Fort Lauderdale and then covid hit. Since Florida was the first state to get hit they closed down pretty quick. My appointments were canceled and was told they would call to reschedule. Well that never happened. I called and was on hold for over 2 hours and finally got a human but was at the home office. No appointment we will call you. Well, I finally months after got an appointment but because my contract was now up I had to go through all kinds of hoops to get them to honor my contract. I didn't breach my contract... the company closed. I did finally get my treatments except one. That was fine. I will take the loss. I called to do a touch up treatmnent and they can't get me in for 4 months! I had a friend call from a number that they don't track because once you become a client if you call in it will only ring to where you are getting treatments. Amazing, if you are wanting a new service there are plenty of appointments. They have too many clients and not enough staff to fulfill these appointments. If you need a touch-up or follow up the appointments are very limited. Basically, if they are not making money there are no appointments for months. BEWARE! I would not have any other services done at Ideal Image because they can't fulfill the clients that they have!

Do not go here! It's a total rip off. I will never go here again and advise you all not to either. They charged me for an entire extra area for laser hair removal in which I had one time you hear that was going in that area, not only that they don't even remind you your sessions you have, they just let them expire so you can back and pay for the "lifetime unlimited" treatments which are 40$ &up per area. During Covid it was hard to even get an appointment in the office, and then they dont reach out and tell you your sessions have expired in the 16 month time span. It's over priced! Please read the fine print in your contract or else you will get got like I did, there are plenty of places in Atlanta that does CoolSculpting and laser hair removal for way less. A co worker of mine Lori told me after I made the investment that they were too expensive and hard to get an appointment. Please do your homework and read your contract! I wasted a lot of money on cool sculpting and half of laser hair removal package

WARNING: Idea Image is a corporate bully. The "consultation" was really a hardcore sales call that moved so fast you don't have time to think. I pressured into making a $2000+ purchase that is not right for me. Laser hair removal for areas where I don't actually have hair and The laser won't even address my gray hairs. I financed this with their partner Ally... rushed, rushed, rushed with no time to read the fine print. All non-refundable, which I didn't know till after the purchase was made. It is a horrible business with unethical practices and policies. Stay away!

I bought a Lipo package in April earlier this year 2021 off the internet it was supposed to be some kind of package deal. In July I had an appointment at the office. I went to my appointment in which they told me that I needed more services in which it was going to cost me more money, so I asked for my money back. For months they gave me the run around trying to Negotiate different prices and I have all this information in a email. Finally I went back to the office and dealt with a whole different set of people who told me different from what I was told when I purchased the the package so I went on with the procedure. I haven't lost one ounce of Abdominal fat and I fell like this whole thing was fraud and I was Persuaded other services in order for them to just get my money

I made plans with a lady from Ideal Image via video chat and she gave me a few documents to sign. I thought they were to confirm my payment plan when I begin the arm fat removal process. The money I had save was spent since no one had contacted me in almost two months after the video chat. Now they have been bothering me about paying the entire amount even if I dont do the procedure just because I signed a contract.
When I read that the money non refundable, I thought it was for when I start making monthly payments, it was not explained to me.
I canceled because I am not financially stable so HOW AM I GOING TO COME UP WITH $3000+
I really dislike this company with a passion. They are heartless and very greedy. I regret ever even considering their services

When I finally decided to do hair removal treatments the call center had reached out to me to find out my expectations/wants. The woman who I spoke to was informative about the practice and treatments there. She worked with my difficult schedule to make an appointment that worked for my crazy schedule. I went in for my appointment all the employees were smiling and very attentive to me. The best part I did not wait at all. Katelyn came out and took me in right away for my appointment. Katelyn was great! She explained everything to expect for during and after treatment as well as very knowledgeable about what is used there for treatments. She was very personable and made me feel comfortable at my appointment. When I was done the front desk employee was able to work with my schedule and fit me in with Katelyn for my next visit. Can't wait to have further treatments done!

I have been calling this business for several months even left voice messages I have emailed them with no response. How can you book an appointment when no one answers the phone or calls you back.

It's ridiculous that I have been there before and got some botex done that they knew wasn't good but still continued using, even after several complaints until I requested a refund and was given a credit. There has been several times when I had not canceled my appointments and when I get there was told either it was canceled or rescheduled this is an inconvenience.

Looking for a better solution. Sorry about leaving because person I did have was great. There should be more like her..

Bought a botox treatment, which I have had before with no complaints. However, this time I make the long trip to my appointment and an intake person discusses a bit of my personal medical history and on the basis of my "answers" decides I am not currently a candidate for treatment. This could have easily been done at contract signing time or else over the phone prior to me driving to their facility. So I ask about refund. Nothing doing. Apparently the long-winded legal-speak contract that I signed allows them to not treat AND not refund for just about any situation. I would have required a lawyer to explain this ridiculous, one-sided contract to me in order that I could fully appreciate the full ramifications of entering contract. They just want money for nothing and apparently they have a successful business model and I believe the rug needs to be pulled right out from under this criminal enterprise. See them for what they are and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere is my advice.

Ideal image pressured me over the phone into the credit check and signing up for the loan with ally. They claimed it was 0%apr but that's a lie, I have been charged 29.9% interest. Their service sucked and the staffs are so rude. They charged me $3000 for under arm and bikini laser, I found somewhere else that offered $2000 for full body and they refused to refund me for service they haven't performed. Please stay away from this deceptive rude business and find laser options elsewhere.

So like many I responded to a FB Ad. Why Not I thought. Well ill save you the trouble. I spoke w a nice girl and after a few prods I agreed to Zoom with someone higher up. After the face to face I thought hmm ok maybe ill book a service. Fortunately I did a little DD and looked for Reviews. I was Really surprised they had terrible reviews. And let them both know i was concerned. Welk thats the last i heard from them. No excuses or explanations. Really Weird! Ill go Elsewhere thank you!

DO NOT UTILIZE IDEAL IMAGE - My experience at Ideal Imagine was not good and a total waste of money. I had laser hair removal and after treatment the hair is returning and is gray and of course per ideal image the laser does not work on gray hair. I did not have gray hair prior and was told that gray hair was underneath the black hair and is now growing in as gray. I thought laser treatment removed hair permanently?

I did located a study by the Mayo clinic (https://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/laser-hair-removal/about/pac-*******) that in rare cases laser treatment on dark skin can cause the treated hair to turn gray. The Mayo Clinic is reputable source. But of course I'm told by my ideal imagine location and customer service that the laser does not cause graying. My experience was terrible, it took forever for customer service to return my call and when they did I was told that numerous individuals had talked with me and no one returned my calls. With luck I talk with two customer service reps who made sure that i was connected to someone otherwise no one who have returned my call. Do not utilize Ideal Imagine they are a total ripoff.

Also attempted cool sculpting which was a total joke and I was offered a credit for this service. Why would I return to a organization that screwed up two supposedly simple procedures. I am out of about $3,000 a total waste of money. I want a full refund and was told there would be no refund. Who wants to waste money on a procedure that is designed to make you feel better about yourself. Shame on you Ideal Image.

No wonder the rating is at 1 star and a half. After an unregulated year that we all had, ideal image in mayfield hrs dare to tell my daughter that she needs to pay more money to finish the sessions that we already paid for, and let me mention it was full body and paid over 5 thousand. Why does it need to be in a year and a half since we already paid for the sessions. Corona played a big role in canceling few sessions and time passed and now they asked for more money to finish up the rest of the sessions she has left. She still has lot of hair and if she doesn't do it that money went down the drain. I will report ideal image to the better business bureau. Don' t waste your money at this facility

After submitting a form online for a consult. I was immediately called to set up consult, consult went fine but needed some time to think about it. In the following 2 weeks Courtney White emailed me several times to see if I wanted to move forward. When we finally connected I decided to apply for the no interest loan. Loan was approved, but the very next day i decided against some of the services. (hair removal was over priced) I contacted Courtney White left several messages and emailed and got no response back for over a week. I contacted ally lending directly to have my loan canceled. From my experience it seems ideal image will do what it takes to get you in the door and then, they are done with you. Zero professionalism, I would never trust ideal image with anything.
