I'm a yoga teacher and required to keep my CPR certification up up to date. My employer offers free classes, and I do think it's helpful to take a live one at some point. After that, I prefer the on line CPR Institute classes because I can access the materials through the length of my certification, which is 2 years rather than one.

This course was a life saver. My previous BLS had expired and needed to get mine asap due to starting a new job. The local BLS classes around my area were all booked out. Thanks to this course I was able to get one on time. And lets not forget how AFFORDABLE this course is! Absolutely love it!
