The course was informative and the material presented was easy to follow. Within each section a review was provided which was helpful.

I like the course it's very useful. I would just suggest to change the videos to be a little more professional. The videos looks a little like home made.

This made renewing my CPR so easy. I immediately received my certification following completing the exam, and received my mail certification within days

After many years of live courses, this was a great alternative. Fast, easy and much cheaper. The material was thorough and the test was straight forward.

Method to access course was straightforward. Up to date information continues to be available throughout the 2 year certification period. Information was precise, and met my needs of recertification.

Excellent, easy to navigate back and forth.
Materials were relevant and targeted all diffeeent aspects to first aid

Course layout very good, pretty straight forward, no hiccups. I would recommend this course. There are other courses that provide a hands on experience but this is a great little refresher course.

The repetition style of the class helps with memory; keep up the good work! I also like how you can go back to review any time you need to. The visual demonstrations are great too.

I recently accepted an offer from a Healthcare Facility where it"s mandatory for BLS certification. I took my certification to my employer and was told that it isn't accepted. The website states when signing up for the online course that it is for healthcare providers. I purchased the course that is basically useless.

This class was great! Nice and quick, not too difficult. The lessons were thorough & easy to understand.

I appreciated the additional videos with the explanation and review of material. Great emphasis on when NOT to do CPR and new AHA updates. I think online renewal is great after experiencing live "hands on" at least once! Thank you!
