I was actually pleased with the course and how interesting that it kept my attention and I learned a lot from taking it.
For some reason in today's world testing on information retention has been confused with practical training. On topics of first aid and CPR there is no substitution for meaningful hands on reps with important topics and equipment. Both these topics are life and death issues and shouldn't be passed off to an online course. Very sad.
But Robert, you've been taking our course every 2 years since 2016. What changed now?

When healthcare workers get off from grueling 12 hr shifts, they really don't want to be stuck in classrooms for hours on their days off. This online CPR refresher course is the perfect solution to satisfy those needed certificates, and at a reasonable price. Fast and dependable, and you can print a certificate of completion immediately after passing the course exam. Have been using this course for years and recommend it to all.
The site is easy to navigate, and the graphics are professional and helpful. The course is streamlined, but covers all of the important factors, with important steps highlighted. If it weren't quality, I would not be comfortable with an online cert. Nothing beats hands-om training for the first-timer, but this is perfect for recertifications!
I was pleased with the training however I was not aware, in the state of Florida, DCF requires in person CPR assessments. We were able to receive that training and all is well.

This was a great course. The questions are clear an easy to answer. The body of the course is clear to understand and it goes pretty quickly if you've done CPR before and if you're a beginner it's clearly stated what you need to do and in what order I really enjoyed this one. And in this pandemic age it was the best option for me.
