Iconscout is a scam company designed to take your money. Do not do business with them. They do not issue refunds for their fraudulent claims and every person should know about this. They lie about prices up front and then truck you into paying more. This is whappened to me. Only wanted to pay 12. Ended up paying 180

I have been using them since the last august. Every time I download something after few files I get error 429 and I will be blocked from further downloads its so annoying that I get blocked from downloads and once blocked I will be blocked for at least 15 to 20 days.

Here is the problem - when I download a icon pack, they consider each dn every file inside the pack as individual download count and monthly limit of 2000 will be over if you download 25 packs in a month - even when you download a file in zip - zip has 4 files in and all 4 are considered as individual files and you are blocked from further downloads. I have complained so many times to them and they keep blaming cloudflare for blocking me, but the fact is that their limits are pathetic and I really hope no one buys subscriptions from them and hope that what ever money I have lost will be last and no one will lose money buy subscribing to them.

I hope this company changes their policies soon or else they will be out of business.

And one more thing except lottie animations every other asset is on envato elements and freepik so technically you do not need them.

UNLIMITED DOWNLOADS - But its not unlimited downloads, and they are misleading. They have more than 4 mil assets and after buying yearly subscription for $180 - I have limit of 1000 downloads per month and they are adding 6000 assets every day, what's the point of all those assets when we can't even download more?

They have not mentioned anywhere about these FUP limits on the pricing page, except on their terms page in small letters. They should have mentioned this on the pricing page then I would have never purchased this subscription.

I guess I don't have an option but to be their customer and download only 1000 assets per month and crib about them.

They are absolutely cold and rude in denying my refund request too. I do not recommend this to anyone.

They advertise monthly pricing, but then force you to pay annually. I did not realize this during checkout, and they did not help me with a refund. Very poor service, would recommend looking elsewhere.

Seems fraudulant. I purchased a premium account and was unable to download any assets after 24 hours. They claim to have unlimited downloads with the premium service but I've been completely blocked and customer service has been silent.

Amazing quality and service! Definitely recommend buying from them. Moreover I'm feeling very easy during in first experience.
