I joined this Co in June 2017, because they stated that I would be Passive or not have to recruit anyone. The Company would place enrollees under me (in my downline). All I needed to do was pay a fee of $38.00 a month. Well I soon realize they required me to recruit or sign people up after I signed up for a year. The Co (Icoinpro) place zero enrollees in my downline after One year, So therefore I Unenrolled. Now 6 years later they are once agin soliciting me and others with the same gimmicky scheme.
