They're unable to locate my renewal payment for 2 months. If they didn't receive my money, then who sent renewal notice?

I had bought up insurance from icici lambord after my new wagnor got accident THE SUPPORT FROM THEM WAS QUITE WORST WHICH I HAD NEVER TAUGHT OF BEING THESE MY REPUTED COMPANY GIVING THESE MUCH WORST EXPERIENCE AND WITH THEM KATRIA MOTORS BILIMORA QUITE BAD AND WORST COMPANY ICICI LAMBORD INSURANCE DONT BUY UP

DO NOT PURCHASE #icicilombard POLICY. I am holding #ICICLOMBARD Policy since 2015 for me & family. Didn`t claim any single rupees & paid hefty of premium in this 6 years - They are ready to offer me new policy but not renewing my existing valid policy as it has add on no-claim bonus. Fraud, cheating & completely unprofessional #ICICLombard. It should be name as ICICI Labad instead of #ICICILOMBARD. Purpose of this post is to aware users that stay away from any ICICI product or services. I took my car Insurance policy with ICICI Lombard first and their inspection team said because of some dent, zero DIP cant be issued. They promised to refund all amount and asked me to take another Comprehensive Plan.

After I took comprehensive plan, i didn't get refund for failed zero dip. When enquired the team says your zero DIp was issued, now to cancel it we are taking 500 Rs. So i paid them twice and ended up loosing both zero DIP and cancellation fee.

The website is not reliable. This is ICICI's insurance website, from where I purchased my parents' travel insurance when they wanted to come visit me in the US. They said we can renew the policy online at any time until the last date, but when I went on to renew it, the website didn't work for two full days (errors out when I try to extend the policy), with no message whatsoever of a site maintenance or error going on, all the customer representatives were clueless and told me just one thing for two full days "try after half an hour"/"try after two hours" etc. It still doesn't work, and they still don't have any idea. This is a website of one of the big banks of India, and this is their service. Take your travel/medical insurance from some other company.
