I underestimated the heat output of the Iceriver KS5M in a warm weather. Poor airflow caused it to overheat and throttle. To fix it, I installed extra fans and move it to the basement. With proper cooling, it now runs efficiently and remains one of my most profitable miners, making the effort worthwhile.
Once the payment is made, no more response to emails (payinquire and info) and WhatsApp "+420 734 462 039", they ignore the messages. A complaint is being filed.No shipping confirmation...
After contacting the real ICERIVER (iceriver.io site), they confirmed to me that iceriver.eu is a fake!

Hello, I ordered with my husband, KS0 miner and it arrived in order, but I have a few things to complain about, with the payment of VAT, which is not listed on the iceriver website, fortunately I communicated with Mr. Vasil, who helped me with everything
Communication with the beginning was zero, they didn't reply to messages, but after a week they wrote me back and the miner arrived in order, so except for the communication with the company, so for me great, I definitely don't think it's a scam company
My order came in 2 weeks. Longer than should be, but they informed me and apologized about the shipment delay after I contacted them, because they had lot of orders a some of them was delayed. I can accept that.
Order came, 1 day later than what they have been declaring, but still kinda okay. Miners are functional, regarding to support and responses, they usually respond faster through live chat than e-mail support so I recommend this way of contacting them.
Don't order from iceriver.eu. The whole team behind this website are fraudsters and thieves. Bunch of bandits gathered together to steal your money!
Iceriver.eu is a fraudulent web shop! Refrain from sending your money, as it's a sure way to lose it. I fell into the trap, trusting their claim of being a European seller, and every moment after the money transfer has been regrettable. They should be held accountable and spend their lives in jail. I earnestly hope justice prevails.
I placed an order weeks ago, and despite multiple attempts to contact the website regarding the status of my purchase, I've received no response. It's beyond frustrating not knowing where my order is, and the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Disappointed and feeling scammed.
