The staff has a rotten attitude and treats customers like nothing more than walking wallets. The claim of being a non-profit feels like a complete sham, just another trick to lure people in. I am still fighting for the refund they owe me, and at this point, it feels like they never intended to return it. This place is dishonest, predatory, and should be avoided at all costs.
