Horrible Customer Service

Arrived at the Hyvee store in Springfield MO on Sunshine street at 5:58 a.m. November 17th, 2023. They were supposed to open at 6:00 a.m.but this morning they didn't open until around 6:12 a.m. AFTER one of the 6 people waiting to get in called them to open the doors. After they finally opened the doors they just turned around and walked off without apologizing or saying they were sorry. To be employee-owned they don't seem to care about their customers.
