Kept me informed every step of the way with my order. Loving the tobacco flavors. I bought almost all the flavors except cherry. Taking me some getting use too though. I have had to play around with the adjustment so Im not hacking all the time from roughness of it. Overall pretty happy!

My husband and I ordered 4 juices. We read the description of each juice and chose carefully. When the juice arrived two of the bottles were menthol. I emailed them explaining we do not like menthol and it was never in the description and could we please send it back.
The person who responded back to me told me the juice was not a menthol juice and to send them pictures of the batch numbers. On one juice you couldn't see the batch numbers because it blended in with the color of the bottle. I sent the pictures showing that and explaining it. The lady must not have even read my email because she sent me another email saying there was nothing she could do unless I sent a picture with the batch numbers. How can I when you can't see them? So, now we are out of 2 bottles of juice and money. Humble won't do a darn thing about it. I have friends that order from there and I've already told them about my experience. I will never order from here again.
Long time customer (almost 3 years) and before humble became a well know company the service was excellent. Recently however, not so much. I order 2 120ml every Friday. The last two orders excluded my juice has taken nearly a week and a half to get to me and when I email to have the issue corrected I get what seems to be an automated response about how processing time is 3 days, which I understand. However it never used to be an issue, as I said I order Fridays and I would always receive my order my Tuesday at the latest unless there's a holiday naturally. Recently that hasn't been then case. I understand the business is rapidly expanding given the expanse in options for juice available and the price and quantity. I do feel that long time customers such as my self shouldn't have to suffer for this though. I love this company and it's product. I really don't want to have to find a competitor. Please do what you can to make it so that doesn't happen.
I love the juices & the bogo deals. I can get my favorite juices at a low price, shipped in a timely manner, & in a excellent condition. I've never had any problems with any of my orders. Thanks for being awesome!
