HP is my favourite computer brand, since it is a brand you can count on. With different window software, it has plenty of goods and computers to choose from. There were no problems with any HP computer I owned. HP has a great deal if you can buy various programmes without problems and their rates are fair for the brand. You can call them or email them if you have any questions or concerns and they will try and help with the problem. I still have an HP computer, and I highly recommend their computers and other items. It is a brand that you can surely trust.
This company presents itself to be a US business but is actually operating out of China. Products take a very long time to arrive, customer service is virtually non-existent. Please take your business somewhere else unless you enjoy losing money and dealing with tons of frustration.
None of these reviews seem real, another website says exactly the opposite and it is my experience, this is a fake company.
Sham. co.uk address, with a fake UK address (address exists but not for this company). You think you are paying a UK company, not your paying a chinese company, with a chinese billing address that I only found by looking at the PayPal receipt, with a Chinese phone number.
They claim the product is coming from China due to 'low stock', but the website itself says ' in stock', so yeah sure, one lie is as good as another.
Good luck on getting your goods in '6-8 working days', because I'm now at 9 working days, and the shipping company reports they haven't even received it yet.
Complained to PayPal, no expectation now of receiving either goods or my money back.
