I had a devil of a job trying to make contact with an Etsy seller and Relay delivey company. I didn't initially notice that I had contacted Howly, I thought I had contacted Etsy as my head was all over the place by the time I got to Howly. But the exercise was well worth it. Mary not only guided me to the page I needed, but she also helped me write a polite message. This was essential by this time. As an ex-Advicce Worker, I am very familiar with writing letters of complaints as well as complimentary reviews, but my initial message to Mary began with 'Do you provide straight jackets for your customers' which would not have done at all.
