I recently purchased the Relax Package from Housing.com based on the promise that a Relationship Manager would assist me in finding a rental property.

However, after making the payment, the experience has been disappointing. The assigned Relationship Manager is not visible properly in the app and has not contacted me. I have tried calling and messaging multiple times, but there has been no response. The sales representative who initially contacted me is also not responding anymore.

Customer support only provides automated replies without resolving the issue. Overall, the service has not been delivered as promised, and communication has been very poor.

I would suggest others be cautious and ensure proper confirmation before purchasing such packages.

Housing.com is not a recommended website for house rentals. I had signed up on 8th Aug, 2024 based on persistent follow up from the Sales Executive - Ms. Suman at Housing.com. I had purchased the Flex plan with a validity of 45 days and was assigned a RM - Ms. Zyna on 09th Aug, 2024 to assist with my search for 2 BHK / 3BHK rentals in selected locations across Central Chennai. It is now over 2.5 weeks and both Ms. Suman and Ms. Zyna continue to play the Hide & Seek game. Phone calls and Whats App messages do not receive a response and no property viewing has been arranged till date.
It is high time that the regulatory authorities intervene and take strong action against these fraudsters.
