I paid for 2 different orders, received a roll of tape for 1 of them and a pair of gloves for the other. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I have emailed them 7-9 times, left 3 messages for then to answer me on where is my cabinet and pink chair, my garden box. Not once anybody answered me. I can't get ahold of them. They kept my money. They don't deserve any stars.
Ordered 1 June tracking says delivered 21 June - NOT DELIVERED to my address. They are not interested in sorting out the problem just telling me to check the tracking that says delivered. Can't get thru to them NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS. Suggest you find another seller. The blank photo space is blank because IT WAS NOT DELIVERED.
Never received item. They kept pushing delivery date one day farther each day. They stole the name from the actual site hotseller, just modified and took out the e so it looks like a familiar website widely used on amazon.
I wish I'd looked deeper into this. Com site before I placed my order! It's everything as advertised as all others have said down below, IT'S A SCAM! I now know I will never see my order and have flushed my money down the toilet. Their customer services email kicks back as invalid and you get some bogus google voicemail when you call. It's pretty sad that there are these crooks out there that take people's hard earned money like they did mine!

I ordered a robot the beginning of December and still have not received it but the money was taken out of my account!
I placed order for R. C. car for my nephew. Never received and customer service doesn't exist with hotsellr. I am now getting help from PayPal to get a refund. Do not trust hotsellr.com. I will never recommend hotsellr.com
They send something different than what you ordered and something you can buy much cheaper. A kid's toy instead of a metal remote tank is what I got.
Ordered from them, finally received a package, was not even close to what I ordered. And they've hacked into my bank account. I will hunt these sob's down. This is ridiculous that they can get away with this crap. I guess it's true true. Only by American products.

This is a scam. Ive been duped. I ordered through them. Took over two months to receive an item ( lcd screen extension for mac laptop) that isn't what I ordered. In fact its an obvious cheap plastic moch up to say hey. Its close to what you ordered so no refund. I did complain to them via phone and email but just like every other review on here I dont ever expect a callback as they are in asia somewhere and the phone / email leads to a google account. So total scam. Just hope you used your credit card versus check card for payment to be able to dispute it.
I ordered a 15" portable monitor and received some sort of 12" writing tablet like the other reviews I tried to contact by email and phone nothing there. I reported the site to the International Consumer agency. Don't waste your time with hotsellrs it is a fake site ripping people off.
I got duped when I saw their add for a home planetarium projector on Pinterest. Ordered it from them back in November and never had it delivered. When so much time went by I Googled them to find out what was up. Went on their site to find customer service and tried to find them. When you call you get an automated voice talking about Google voice will try to connect you. I think they are a scam group out of Asia. Do not get duped.
I have also seen them advertising the same product on other fake sites like rooa.com, deepoer.com, and upsky.com.
Ordered the Orange Lawrence Smart Robot on 11-30-19. They an email confirming the order then on 12-9-19 sent another email to stall asking for my phone number to ship and I asked when it would ship and they replied ASAP. 12-17-19 still no email with a tracking number so I send them another email which came back undeliverable so I called my credit card company to dispute the charge to get my money back!
Don't buy nothing from this people they just steal your money won't accept your emails or answer the phone.
Buyer beware: anything you order on their site, you will never actually receive. They use professional product photos stolen from other sites. They'll charge your credit card then ship you some garbage worth less than $5. They operate under multiple names with multiple sites: sandcosy.com, hotsellrz.com (shut down), and a handful of others. Every site is about a month old so they're too new to have any consumer reviews. If you email them for a refund, they will offer to refund $7-12 no matter what you actually paid for the item. There's really no recourse for this so just stay the hell away.
