Girl speaks little English and must have a translator at 3 times the local rate.
Even if her profile says she speaks good English, she will always be too shy and need a translator.
Girl wants local agency to make all date arrangements. Agency supplies driver, translator and orders your expensive dinner... and charges you 3 or more times what it would be if you had arranged everything. And even your personal arrangements, such as apartment and personal driver.
Video chat with girl. She never says a word to the person typing responses. She just smiles a lot.
Heck... Once, I went to a disco with a friend. There was a HRB that I recognized. My friend actually knew her. She was celebrating her 18th birthday. Funny, as her photos had been on HRB for several years. After talking with her, she claimed those were stolen modelling photos from when she was 16 yo.
Most of the girls use to be on VKontakte, but agencies caught on and had them remove their pages.
They won't communicate with you on a free site anyway. Half of them never wrote to you and have no clue who you are.

Is this site a scam or not? This is the question? Are all women in the world and men scammers in some way? Do we all tell the truth in the beginning or ever if we are not found out. We all have a story to hide otherwise we would not be on sites like these. Are the girls working for money? Many are as I know first hand... I had an agency linked to this site. But many are genuine and it is like anywhere else in life you have to read between the lines and make your own choice who is real and who is not. I know of many men on this site here for a quick fix. Meet a girl on webcam.,. Get her take off her clothes and this is the objective of what they want. I know many girls here disgusted with men also. So it is a two way street in my opinion. There is risk in everything. In principle if a person is wise and good enough in there words they can meet many nice girls here. They just need to weed out the good from the bad. Yes it costs money... who will provide a service for free... but I don't know any relationship in life that does not cost money originally. This life... women cost money guys. A beautiful girl is like a luxury... it costs to get one! But you can pay for what you get if you are smart enough! I have met many nice girls on this site... ones that come from good families and have very tough situations. A meal in a nice restaurant is like Xmas coming early for them... bringing a UK girl for dinner in a restaurant earns you no respect. This is the difference. I have met girls here and one recently and yes like anybody else has a story. She has a child. 20 and with a child. So it is a question of like it or not. My opinion as such of this site is you will get out of it as much as the work you want to put into it. Nothing is for free but for a few hundred dollars and a flight and nice few days in Ukraine you can meet a nice girl... but you have always to read between the lines to find the good from the bad... same as anywhere!

Have you ever tried this: Create two different accounts, and open them in two different browser (or window), and tadaa! You get almost same letters to both accounts. They are mass posting same ****** letters everyone! I even got same letter from two different profile! Also the girl's name was same although the profile picture and identity was different. The subjectlines slightly varied. What a shameless bulls***! I don't know if there is any decent woman but better be careful.

This site is so bad. Can't really call it a dating site. It could be called a sex cam site or something like that. But there is no dating or marriage happening here. I foolishly went to see a lady in Nikolaev. Viola, she was really beautiful, but I found out she had a boyfriend. She never cared about me. All she wanted was the money she received from me chatting with her. I remember on day I blew over $100.00 just talking to her in chat. Then I found out she was dating a buy named Anatoly Maestrenko.

I probably paid 2k to the site since I was there. I can't tell you how embarrassed I am over this.

Believe me gentlemen, HRB is the biggest POS scam. Please do not give your money to these people. I was used for 2 years, 1000's of $. Yes, it was like a drug receiving all of these letters from these "hot" women and us sincere guys, looking for a wife and family, just fall for it. I went to Ukraine twice and dated the ladies, but OMG, they were never like the person I was chatting with everyday. It was like a different personality. I even became engaged with the second one and was coming back to Ukraine so we could get married and 3 days before I was to depart, she writes me to say that she had found another man and was in love. I was sending her $600/month to prepare for our wedding. So, guys, save your hearts and your money and do not give these people a dime of your hard earned money. Best advice I can give you: go to Ukraine for an extended period of time and meet someone naturally. Don't go through any agency because 99% of them are scammers as well. I took my own advice, and now I am happily married to my Ukr dream girl and we are expecting our first baby. Good luck to all, because a true Ukr wife is the best in the world.

Its a tough call on this site. Sadly i've been on for 9 years. I've spent thousands. Maybe its a drug for me and it feeds my ego to have all these ladies write and chat with me. But I'm always suspicious. They have very smart programmers who develop this site. When i log on i immediately get 100 chat requests These ladies come on like nats. I think its all there agencies and or interpreters writing half the time. Most say they no some Englishbut they can't meet you unless they are chaperoned by an interpreter. Thats a drag. I've been to Odessa 5 times. I usually go on 2-5 dates when i'm there Then i just party and try to pick up ladies in town or at Arcadia night club. Its easy and they are super friendly. Yes, some might be hookers. It happened once and she stole from me. :((

"They have log-in issues-I tried to log in on the site but could not and left a message for them on their telephone system since I could not reach anyone there at the customer service and nothing has been done up till today!

They have what I call the "no picture problem"-I could not get on to the site to put up my picture on my profile but the site keeps sending me email letter notifications from ladies!. How can a sensible lady send letters to someone where there is no picture on their profile?. This is called "fishing for customers." Sites often do it to get you to purchase from them credits so as to open letters while they make as much money from you. The more letters you open the more their pockets get full of course! This can also show you that the site itself and not the lady is responsible for sending you these letters so as to cause you to "buy" from them which my in fact be written by a translator or writer working on the site and not by the lady herself because an intelligent lady always writes a profile with a picture on it!
